The old blonde woman was insanely rude and arrogant. I asked for help and received nothing of the sort. I worked 15 years in customer service and this was bar far the worst display of customer care ever. Other staff were amazing

Price of bunning are great but very poor service. I am 69 and loaded 240 1,800 by 25mm palings all by myself. One staff member walked up to me but just opened a docket. I then loaded 24 bags fast Crete by myself and only because the rails were fetched from behind a secured wall did they drop the rails on my truck. I then loaded the 3,000m by 100 100 post by myself as well.
Mitre 10 cost zbout 10% more but on small amounts I go to them. I can save 30 minutes per order which equates to at least $ 200.00 plus getting back to my crew soon as possible

I went there to pick up a Company order. At Scan in the guy said go to the trade desk as we do have an account. First lady said I was at the wrong desk, couldn't find the order number and was I really sure I had the correct place. Got fobbed off to another lady who mimicked the first one. I rang work, they spoke to her and I was told to go to the far corner and find someone to help me, problem with that was she kept the purchase order for processing when apparently they said I had the wrong desk. Found goods myself. Sign said to nominate the Female customer service representative for Employee of the month or similar, why would I bother.
