Great friendly team always helpful even when they are holding stock for other companies and can't sell it.

Did a delivery there with a B-train. Driveway around the building is abit narrow for a 23 MTR long unit, but still got around it.

Biggest best Bunnings store on the planet. Very helpful staff. They do go that extra mile to help customers. A awesome place to browse and browse and browse.

Helpful people. Stocked timber planks that I wanted. Poor selection of screws - seemed to have an odd range. Got the pines that I wanted at Bunnings Te Rapa.

Tricky one-way-drive-through thing if you haven't been there before, gotta enter on the right and drive round the back of the roadside carpark.

Friendly and helpful people and best thing is they open at 6am and when u in need of timber before 7am that one store never keep u hanging like the other store u get there at 6am or 6: 45am u have to wait and wait till 7am or till someone opens. 1/3 of the work day is gone just waiting.

In all my dealings with Bunnings over the past 5 years these are the most professional and helpful guys in all of Auckland. It was a pleasure to drive in this morning and to be assisted by everyone in the manner they did is not my usual experience at any of the other Bunnings stores.

Had to get some insulation sorted for a family friend. I was greeted by the lovely Nina on the phone. She was super helpful - she found the scarce stock we were after and then set it aside for us to pick up the next day. Fantastic top-notch customer service from this depot!

Great place to do shopping but the guy with the long hair who saws the wood needs a serious attitude readjustment. He could do with a course in customer service.
