Bunnings Warehouse Mt Roskill

Big store, friendly and enthusiastic staff members. Most of their prices are more economical than their competitors. You can easily spend the whole day in here. They have varied items including gardening items and plants. Parking is plentiful although most of the time it's very hard to get in and out of the car park, due to traffic.

LOCATION: Bunnings Warehouse is located in Mount Roskill and there's parking both upstairs (ground level) or underneath in the lower carpark where it's cool in this hot summer weather.

WHAT: Bunnings is a great store and you'll find they have a huge range of products at great prices! They've everything from tools, building products, kitchen items, bathroom and plumbing, lighting, outdoor furniture and plants, tree's etc as well as loads of general household items that you might need or want in your life

WHO: Bunnings have been in New Zealand for some years now and was a welcome entry of competition for the likes of Mitre 10, offering competitive pricing and a fantastic range of products for your home and garden and more.

I purchased a Ryobi water blaster from here and the staff was very helpful in getting me what I was looking for. A variety of products to choose from at a decent price.

Don't know if you have customer service training for staff, or it's just a attitude check.
Served by a rude checkout lady at returns and information desk today about 2pm. NO smile NO manners NO hi or anything that a normal human being would do or say.
Came across as rude demanding, just wanted me to hurry up so she could say NEXT. Yo! Here's a tip, you get what you give out. Find a new job if you don't like serving customer's, and smile try it it works. Wasn't gonna give 2 star's, but I know not everyone there is rude. I hope.

Absolutely appalling service (or lack thereof because I literally cannot get anyone from Mt Roskill to answer me). I ordered something for delivery which Bunnings ended up not being able to deliver so I agreed to collect. Bunnings said they'd transfer stock to my closest Bunnings then said that was "too difficult" and I should just get a refund instead. I agreed to this but am still waiting for said refund a month later and have phoned, emailed, gone in in person, nothing! I have literally spent 8 hours of my life either on hold or writing emails or in store at customer service. Wish I could provide a zero star rating. I never received my pavers, or my refund but I have received a Survey to rate my experience and another survey to review my pavers - that I did not receive! Poor reviews in both instances received a stock standard templated response saying "thank you for your feedback we'll use this to improve our processes" and "your review doesn't meet our guidelines" both offered the option to discuss further, I took up this offer providing my contact details and have never heard anything! What an unbelievably useless bunch of people at Bunnings Mt Roskill!

They are doing a great job during click n collect. Yes you have to be patient and wait your turn but they trying hard. I would suggest to them they have a line for tradies who need urgent supplies and homeowners who just want a new lawn rake.

Kudos to the team working all weathers to fill our orders. In L3, orders were picked quickly with heaps of pick up times available. Both times I was there I witnessed (entitled) trade customers screeching tyres, abusing staff and just about crashing. Staff were friendly and patient with them, and when serving me! Cheers guys and girls!

Terrible service, rude employee on tool department.after going to new lynn and being told mt roskill had the item I wanted, I turn up and ask if its in stock to recieve the reply. 'no, we don't have it'. When i explain I was told differently.he replies, well you should have called ahead, our inventory is always wrong.

Teach your employees how to deal with customers, especially in these situations.wording is everything in customer based services.also, sort out your inventory.we shouldn't have to call ahead to check your stock, especially when we check online and also get told you have stock from another store!

Useless staff. So inconsistent! Go to Mitre10, it is much better.
I went to buy a table on display, no stock and told I can't order it in from another store. Go to the other store on their recommendation, table not on display but spoke to staff. I can buy it but have to pick up within a day.or they could transfer to the Mt roskill store but I need to go their to arrange it. Well that was a fun waste of time. Clearly they don't want my money

Worse service ever. If you are a company and looking to open up an account here. I beg you not. Our company have been using this for the last 5 months and from experience it will take an average of half an hour to deal with the untrained women at the information desk, same problems everytime I visit even buying one item and when I asked to fix it, nothing change. Worse service I had ever experience in my life to be honest.

No one seemed available to help me look for an item. Other than that, it's just like every other Bunnings store.

By far the hardest store to find things & the staff are not helpful at all, not much staff on the floor for assistance apart from those having social chat down the isles, the isles are not user friendly with its labels & I try and avoid going into any Bunnings store as its impossible to find what you want.

Good. Had to wait a bit but got the help we needed to choose from the available selection and buy the best product for the job.

Actually enjoyed my experience here and have been back again. Highlight for me was I presented my receipt on the way out and was not stopped to check the items I had purchased like they do in Manukau and Takanini.

Always love going here. Had exceptional service for the person in the kitchen department with help in choosing cutlery tray inserts. He was so helpfuland willing to answer all the questions. Great service

Staff are very patient and understanding. Probably could work on the check out counter. Account customers were waiting in line and then got sent to information counter. Also not everyone wants to scan their shopping.

Returned a product that wouldn't do it's function properly. After trying to get it to work for 1 hr it couldn't do its main function. When I I explained this to the staff here the Staff kept telling me they wouldn't accept it because they wouldn't be able to re sell It. Didn't even see if it worked or not I was like why would you resell a faulty product? Staff were quite rude. Honestly I don't understand why people would get so hung up over something that is faulty when they are working for a multi billion dollar company. 70 dollars is nothing to westfarmers.

Best place to buy material for building friendly staff you could spend hours wandering ard the place for ideas ard the home excellent service huge range of good for household DIY.
