72Just another good bunnings. I always want to support mitre 10 being nz owned, but they are just not as good.
Love all the Bunnings stores. All the staff are very friendly, and helpful, and great prices. Always my first port of call.
Very respectful store and security staff. I wasn't wearing mask. I have respiratory issues. They accepted my personal endorsement of mask exemption.
Went there mainly for the garden centre items (Echinacea plants), but garden centre seedlings all but sold out. A big store and quite busy on the day otherwise.
Absolutely useless, all I want is to find out where I can have my Ryobi water blaster serviced, I've tried many times to ring customer service only to be left on hold for an eternity listening only to their add repeatedly droning in my ear, resulting in my giving up without actually speaking to a human, , mitre 10 mega customer service far out performs this company by a long shot
The service is terrible the click and collect option is a waste of time had to wait 2 days for my product and its still not ready
The service but as very good but not enough materials on the day I went. Also lots of people brought their dogs in which was concerning especially for people who don't like them.

After waiting for 20minutes outside on the ramp was allowed in to get that packet of screws I've waited 6weeks for to finish the deck the customer needs. Lumberlock galvanized screws for joist hangers.out of stock 2 other stores finally found them by luck here. Anyway In that time the QR code blew over and scratched my mrs car on two panels.this new norm is making work difficult/supplies tricky for now. Staff were friendly, and apologetic. I've left it.badluck.after I suggested it they put a bag of cement on the stand so it won't happen again to the next car.
Also everyone says "why don't you use click and collect" well it says in stock but when I go to pay for it it say out of stock! Is it just my browser or what? Tried 3 times for different items lately.same with the delivery thing, ineffective result. I'm only 32, phones and computers aren't that hard, they've only gotten easier since I was a kid and yet it's bugging out on me repetitively.tradedepots works.
Went in 4 undercoat to paint powder coated aluminium was told by paint assistant only manufacturer have that and won't sell it suggested I right up the frames then paint them REALLY went 2 mitre 10 walked out with the etching primer I needed good on u mitre 10
Had a very bad experience dealing with them they took 5 days and order wasnt ready, despite it was just few things and I canceled it at the end. Not recommended for online purchases.
Be warned. Stay away if you are wanting to click and collect. No confirmation email for five days. Not answering the phone. Automatic email response advising major delays by their customer service. Can't even cancel the order and get a refund. Mitre10 New Lynn click and collect instant with next day appointment. 15 mins drive in and out. Sorry Bunnings big fail! You should have large warnings like on your customer service email before customer commit to purchasing orders online.
3 days and I still have no idea or indication of when my click and collect order will b teady for collection.no way to follow up order or cancel with at this point is my preference
First time to Bunnings and I really enjoyed it. Their plants section was great and I purchased three more roses which were beautifully shaped and well known varieties. Shape is very important when it comes to planting.
I had to pick up Essential Supplies for work and under Level four it creates extra problems but the staff bought the goods to the door and thanked me with a smile. Be safe every one and Be Kind.
Genuinely friendly staff, good products reasonably priced. Positive staff attitude was really impressive, the icing on the cake.
Phoned 5 different times over three different days from last Thursday to just now to simply see how long a special order would take for a bathroom vanity, unit and shower enclosure. Phone rang out each time on 09 825 1300. Incredibly bad customer service when you're trying to actually spend 9 grand on a bathroom fit out! I'm off elsewhere now, sorry.
A newer store that contains the normal departments but I was disappointed with the small size and lack of choice in the garden department. The basics were there but there was little variety.
I've been to New Lynn store 2 times today and both times had to wait for 15 minutes to be served. Unbelievably there was only 1 checkout who couldn't cope with the demand.
You really need better staffing on the floor with more checkouts.
Purchased few items with giftcards. Went to the checkout, I smiled and greet good morning at the lady, she just didn't bother to smile or greet with good morning.
As we finished with the transaction, I was getting my items from the table (small art paint brush, a set of craft knives and a couple of mini heather).
The lady stared at me impatiently. I found her behavior really rude and bad customer service. I was served by Lynette.
