Bunnings Warehouse Takanini

Helpful customer services, there are many around to help out! There is underground car park with a lift that takes you upstairs to the carpark and not directly inside Bunnings. To the right is the garden centre with a small cafe. The most difficult part is exiting the Bunnings car park with so much traffic along Great South Road. Bunnings is dog friendly which I love! Overall it’s a great place to shop for any items and I prefer Bunnings over Mitre 10 as the prices on the items are way less also! Thank you!

It's not too bad. Sometimes stock is low or the app vs.where it is in store does not match. But pricing is fair and competitive.
They seem to not have enough staff on checkout from time to time and close the self checkouts early. That is my biggest issue
Having the self checkouts accept farmsource cards would be a huge bonus too

The staff at checkout were more then welcoming and warm upon arrival and when checking out.which was top teir customer service
Instore was a bit of a let down as we asked a few team members where certain things we had written and searched online (that stated 'in stock') were located, but was either told a wrong aisle or we were just ignored.
But overall experience was great when checking out at garden area.

Had bad experience went in to buy argon gas website had a price but when we went into store the said we have to pay deposit. Need to be more specific on website. Wasted my time.

I had one of the worst experiences this morning the staff is rude thy don’t know how to talk to there customers specially in trade area Indian staff are the worst.thy don’t know where the things are located even. I have been to all the Bunnings but never got treated like is Thanks for horrifying service

Really the worst Painting Department among all Bunnings Stores in Auckland so far. A man working there is rude and doesn't want to help.

Very poor service with click and collect from Takanini Bunnings warehouse. Had two instances where we had to wait for days for the order to be ready and then gave us the incorrect item for order 1 and took them about two hours to get the correct item when we went for exchanging the incorrect item. For order 2, they gave us the product which had missing parts in it and the packet was ripped as per the below photo which was then wrapped with cling film. We had to again wait for two hours to return this order.

We had received our order today after 3 weeks from Takanini branch however one item was missing so my hubby spoke to the lady Nikita at the branch to follow up. Surprisingly, instead of helping us gently she said "it's not my problem its courier company so we have to call them" and eventually transferred our call to the supervisor -who seem to be nice and helped us anyway. Besides, this lady (Nikita) was very rude, poor customer service skill and also yelling over phone. My concern is that if we don't receive our order on time and tracking looks doubtful then we will definitely call the branch to follow up not the courier company because we have paid Bunnings. I hope she learns how to deal with customers appropriately and provide assistance rather then being unprofessional.

Try and avoid click and drive through from this branch. Use the larger free-standing branches like Botany, Manukau or Hillsborough. Smaller branches like this one might not have the adequate staffing levels to fulfill your order in time. Took the full 5 days to pick up previous order. Made another a few days ago and still waiting. Staff attitudes are awesome its just the fulfilment area that needs to be looked at.

Terribly shocking Customer Service in Painting Department. A guy there is not helpful at all, and also he is very rude to customers. His attitude made me to change my previous great review to the new very low mark. Very disappointed.

Wasn't that great. The lady serving at the paints area treated me like like a child.
She said Come here and wiggled her index finger at me to explain something. Very bad vibes of her. She was telling me she couldn't get what I wanted but her manner was most condescending. I guess there are other places with better customer service.
