A year ago we brought our VW in as it had a coolant leak. It was all replaced and we paid close to $2k. And got told we have an oil leak. Not sure why it wasn’t fixed at the same time. Anyways Exactly a year later the same thing has happened again and the reason being is the “oil leak” damaged it. $2200 later the “coolant problem” and oil leak was “fixed”. Just over a week later the coolant started leaking again. The quote to fix it was $1500. I went in to speak to them and they are very quick to show pictures of the leak. They explained that with the part they fixed the pressure would make the other parts break or leak. My question is if you knew that would happen why didn’t you fix the whole thing the first time we came in? Long story short we took our car back (leaking) we refused to pay you another dollar. Took our car up the road and it cost us $310!

Can see why this team are so busy. They very helpfully gave advice on the way forward for diy repairs. I will return for repairs I can’t do myself when they arise.

Amazing service, took my 2014 Audi A4 S-line in for a service, was expecting a huge bill but was pleasantly surprised when it came out very reasonable and affordable. Same price service as I paid for my 2007 corolla. Headlight needed new electrical part and they ordered in a new one for me, next day it was fitted and they took the car back to VTNZ to get the WOF done. Took few hundred off the bill because they said some of the labor had already been done, very very honest people. Loyal customer for life, must take your car to Burger's!

We had the timing belt changed here on our Amarok. From start to finish a very profesional service. Great communication from quotation to hand over, the mechanic who did the job took the time out to explain what he had done. On my experience here I have no problem recomending Jamie and his team, first class!

Jamie, Cody and the boys from Burgers were amazing. I was just going to book my car in, but they interpreted my "blonde", took it for a drive and said they would fix it while I wait now.
I am passionate about my aging Audi TT, so when I was driving it home, it was obvious they have fixed all the clitches I tried to describe. So happy and would highly recommend their service centre.

Used to be premium place before it was sold to other owner around a year or two ago. Burger and previous team no longer work there. Old trade name but with new crew, new owner, worse service and greater price tag. Was their customer for over 8 years, but not anymore. Service took 3 days, no loan car offered. Also do not expect-any warranty on job done there.
