Good place for supplies for fishings, boating and motorhome. Staff a tad hit and miss with helpfulness.

I went into this store and was asked to wear a mask. I explained that I have a mask exemption and then tried to show it to the staff member.

I was told that mask exemptions are not accepted there due to instructions from the store owner.

I tried to explain that this is illegal discrimination but was asked to leave the store. The staff member told me that it is a private business and they can do what ever they want.

Click & collect worked well. Stock levels at different branches are pretty hit & miss Prices are too high. Service is good.

Sadly not as helpful as have been on previous visits. Perhaps because I was wearing jandals and not my boat shoes

Very disapointed with the team there.
I went on Saturday to ask for 12v toilet to put on my motor home and they didn't want to help me, telling me it will not work. In the end I finish to buy exactly the same model at smart marine and there the team was really helpful to give me all the parts required for it. I feel the burnsco team are really lazy and lie to me to still talking between them. And the toilet price was 469$ when smart marine was only 400$.

Good size store and easy on and off motorway. Traffic can be busy though so suggest off peak to visit store.

Great selection and prices. I Would expect marine store to be top dollar but locking trailer latch pin was 20 dollar cheaper than autostart. Top end self inflating life preserver 30 dollars cheaper than internet price i saw. Assuming most prices good

Great range of products and especially useful as they stock stainless bolts and nuts and the like as well as just about everything l have ever needed. Service is always good and there is wealth of knowledge as the staff are experienced boaties and fishermen. One of my favourite stores.
