Very impressed with their commitment to customers. I purchased a trailer wheel clamp. Unfortunately I forgot to unclamp it before I drove off and it just disintegrated - I never even noticed! So totally useless in preventing theft. Phil (Manager) refunded me without question as the product was obviously not fit for purpose, and guided me to a more robust trailer lock. So I totally recommend Burnsco as they stand by their products.

Very unpleasant experience at Burnsco Half Moon Bay. We felt one of the staff was not friendly. We JUST want to know about fishing equipment. Maybe they're used to doing this or other. I do not know why. Thanks for letting me take a look!

Not my usual place to buy fishing gear etc however on this occasion they were the only shop to have quad wobbly boat trailer wheels. Had a bit of a browse and got to say they have a good assortment of all things fishing at reasonable prices. I wish they were closer to me.

Burnsco have the most disgusting customer service. I will not shop with Burnsco or give you my custom ever! Absolutely appalled.

Check competitor pricing before purchasing from this retailer. Generally they are way more than marine deals or smart marine. To purchase any of there "special priced items" you also have to be a club member so they can flood your mail or e mail account with marketing junk. Looking for bait, Top catch is Right next door.

I have had a very good experience with Burnsco. I unfortunately had a rod snap on me. I spoke with John over the phone he asked me to send in a few pics. Just a few day later I received a replacement in the mail. Thanks very much for the awesome help John I will be back shopping again soon.

Really good service. We needed some housing. They showed us where it was and he even got down on his knees and got 15mt for us. They guy at the desk was very funny and polite. The helpful guy was named Gordon.

Good range of products - boat hardware, paints, accessories. Always something interesting to tempt you too! Staff are always friendly and helpful with generally good knowledge too. Very convenient for boats in the marinas and on the hard.

What a great Product from a great shop! ProPower is the latest thing that I've picked up from my local Burnsco! Its a great and natural product for smelly toilets! It gets ride of the crystallisation, Smell and is good for the environment! Great Stuff!

A Good range of Marine accessories and fishing gear. A fair range of chandlery and Marine electronics. Monthly mailler offers some good specials. Select specials to Burnsco club card holders. A rather small bait option due to the topcatch store next door.

Staff can be a little standoffish. Good deals sometimes. Not a huge amount of knowledge of Railblaza kayak mounts. Although could be the people I talked to.
