I visited Manukau Burnsko knowing nothing about fishing. Nick spent a lot of time teaching me how to fish, even though I was new to fishing. His passion and confidence in fishing was great and it helped me a lot.

I recently purchased a boat and didn't know much but Nick spent the time to show me around the store explaining the different bits and pieces and how to go go boating safely without any pressure. You don't get that kind of service very often. Highly recommend this store.

Great staff. Always smiling and ready to help. A wide range of products, too, and it's one of my go-to fishing gear shops.

Customer service was lacking.
We stood at counter waiting to be served, 3 guys behind counter, two talking to each other, 1 left, other went to answer phone, 3rd guy ignores us, and served another customer who just arrived, then he ignores us again and served another new customer.
So we left our goods we were going to buy on the counter and walked out.
(Went straight to Smart Marine, these guys here are really great!)
I'm not going back.

Went in to pick speed clips for the boyfriend. Nick told me about the inkvador jigs to try surprise the man. Came home and he has been watching videos on it he is very keen to try. Thank you so much. Very excited to see him try it after i pick it up

What a pleasure it was on Sunday 22nd March to be served by a young man named Jack in Burnsco Manukau Branch.
His patients, knowledge of Burnsco products, honesty, his sales manner, I found extremely amazing from such a young gentleman in retail.
