Prompt efficient repair of gas fitting & helpful explanations of how to improve use of system.

All of a sudden we found ourselves without hot water, the manufacturer and supplier of the old tank failed to book a call out after we called three times.

So I called Andrew from Burt plumbing, he was onsite within the hour, fixed and managed a complex issue. As a busy young family this was exactly the service we need, I will always use Burt plumbing from now on.

It seems that every time something goes wrong at our home it is either in the weekend on a public holiday or in lockdown! It makes no difference to Andrew and his team.
