Bush Road Panelbeaters

Extremely poor communication, put my car in for repairs through my insurance company, they said 4-5 days turns out they were keeping it for 9 without communicating anything to us. Unhelpful about the situation and unapologetic.

Did a good job to the repair but after requesting a courtesy car 3 months out it wasn't available, was prepared to delay the work but they had scheduled it in so to help them out I took an L300 which turned out to be a very old, decrepit parts van. What annoyed me was they still charged me $50 but it was the attitude that got me, they didn't care when I suggested maybe they should waive it and tried to make a joke of it. These guys are so busy that they are arrogant, they don't need your business.

They were not very good at keeping me updated with the status of my car. They ended up having my car for a month and a half and the only updates I got was when I called them to find out what was going on.
Otherwise, they did a good job.

The team at Shield Bros are awesome to deal with and did a fantastic job. Would recommend to anyone.

I got my Prado fixed through Shields Bros, from an insurance claim by the previous owner. The communication was good, courtesy car neat and tidy, and the work carried out was to a high standard. They even threw in some touch up paint for the bumper. Chur team

My car got in an accident so replacing rear bumper - very friendly staff, extra help given, very good communication (this is extremely comforting as i do not like my phone calls unanswered or got into lengthy automatic directory). I was told when the car would be ready for pick-up and they delivered what they promised. They also managed to provide a loan car to me.

What a great team to do business with. Took my car in and was told it would be ready for collection in 4 days time, spot on.
Great communication from the office team, very friendly and always business with a smile (behind the mask) The office manager is a great fella and very professional.
So looks good to see the car repaired and a great job done.

I will definitely recommend them to any future clients, when collecting my car - completing the final paper work and getting my keys, took all of about 5 minutes and I left feeling very satisfied with the quality of rhe works done.

Amazing service from the guys at Shields Bros on Bush Rd. An extra shout out to Rohan who was fantastic with communication which makes the process quick and easy. Friendly guys who always greet you with a smile at reception. Highly recommend. Great job on the car too of course!

Really would not recommend this place.
They were rude and didnt even fix the main issue I went in for, so I had to go back.
I can still see the buffing circles on my car too.

Car was sorted in 3 days instead of the 4 they recommended. Staff are very friendly and even provided extra tips to help look after the car. Gave it a decent wash and clean on top of the panel beating which is awesome. Highly recommend them.

They did a decent fix on the scratched panel which was good although the other parts of the experience ruined this place for me. I was treated very poorly by the receptionist both times going in, they also created damage to the underbody and exhaust by scraping it on something, then denied it was them, even though the damage wasn't there when the car was initially dropped off.

Good job they fix my frnt bumper when a dog run out I hiting a road sigh. The stuff fix like new

Just brought my car in for some panel work, the team was professional, efficient, and friendly. Gotta give them an A+ for that.
