Such a great experience of getting a new tyre and alignment here. They were so nice and helpful. The pricing was so good and they were really friendly and cared about my car. They also noticed another error message and ran a diagnostic for free on it. Would 100% recommend I really appreciated their help and they didn’t make me feel dumb and explained everything really well. Will definitely be coming back for any future issues.:)

Just got 4 new tyres, full service, wheel alignment and WOF from BRT. Pricing was much cheaper than I thought. I like how they ask questions about how long I'll have the car for and make a recommendation based on this rather than just trying to sell me the most expensive set. Customer service is always on point with these guys, they call when they say they're going to call and always work quickly and efficiently around my schedule. Not all mechanical shops are trustworthy, but these guys certainly are.

Been coming to these guys for the last couple years, because of how honest and great Mack and the rest of the teams service is. I’ll continue to come to these guys and recommend them to anyone. They’re all top standard blokes.

I called Kieran on the phone to ask about my tesla wheels rattling and making noises. We have had many of our cars through them and they have always been nice and friendly. Kieran said to come in and they will have a look at it. Dan instantly knew what was making the sounds and sorted it out. Dan was so helpful and knowledgeable. I have been using these guys for over 10 years. Every time they do the best they can and provide me with excellent advice. On occasion they saved me $700 by fixing a Run Flat tire. They are best for wheel alignment and Nitro. They are one stop shop. For all your wheel and tires they are best.

Late review, but just wanted to say what a great service these guys give. Realised one morning my warranty had expired and was going away. Turned up, they were fully booked, but they quickly managed to fit me in due to going away. All sorted very quickly.

Such fantastic service. Fitted us in the day we contacted them after realising our warrant was already out. Needed a small bulb so they replaced it right there so I could drive out with my warrant sticker. Friendly and quick service, highly recommend.

Friendly speedy service, they managed to get tyres ordered late morning and fitted that afternoon. Furthermore they did my WOF at the same time. Never going to VTNZ again, these guys are faster and way less hassle.
