Butlers Chocolate Café, Sylvia Park

Most disgusting coffee, unattentive wait staff and terrible experience although I'm a regular here.

Extremely poor experience

Went there to grab 2 hot chocolates. The lady who took our order was kind and friendly however her colleague, Chelsea, was extremely unprofessional and rude. Served us the wrong order and had such a horrible, disgusting attitude, I won't bother going back again.

She also berated/was unkind to her colleague in front of us and just genuinely seemed like she hated her job and customers. Definitely need to brush up on her customer service skills.

As a coffee lover~ coffee is definitely thumbs up! As for Chocolate mousse~ mmm~~~melts in the mouth. Chocolate and coffee, good match (sorry about pic always forget take it before.)

Can you believe that the server in Sylvia Park remembered us from Queens Mall in Wellington. Even my daughter's regular order down there (not a hot chocolate). What a pro! Friendly, yummy chocolates but an absolute fav of ours because of the Hot Chocolate. We frequent Butlers wherever we find them and encourage u22!

Bought chocolate a few times, and love Cafe Mocha flavour the most. The staff was really welcoming and passionate, greeting to us and explaining patiently about the chocolate collections

Fantastic handmaid chocolate. Always finding excuses to stop in. Super friendly staff and great coffee. A lovely oasis within the busy Sylvia Park Mall.

Nice coffee. They give you a complimentary chocolate with your coffee. Always go there for coffee when in Sylvia Park.

Nice range of Irish chocolate. The staff were great and it was nice to have someone so passionate about the chocolate explaining their product to us.

Quite a nice place to get some chocolates. They have pre packed ones as well as individual ones to pick from. There is also a cafe in the back to eat in.

Love the dessert and their chocolates are amazing! A great Friday night. Friendly lady with a beautiful smile. Must try chocolate cafe!

Haven't been to this place in a while. Their hot chocolate was good. The chocolate mousse cake was yum. We even got to choose 3 chocolates for us. Was yum all around.

Very rude service from an Asian lady whose name start from A. She laughed at me when she brought what I ordered. She might think it was funny that an adult ordered only Chocolate Sundae. Does it bother you that much? It was also poor presentation, and completely different from the one last time I ordered. I will not come back this shop anymore.

Very disappointed after the first visit, after confirming with the staff swapping normal milk with alternative milk, still got the normal milk in the coffee, gotten really sick from it, wasn't a good experience

Food was great. Just place a bit too small and squeeze. We having bad time today cause next table fart and blow to us. Is so terrible

I was a little disappointed at the amount of space at this Butlers new location. They're location was much more spacious and way more tables to sit at. The nice thing about it though is that the vibe is way more cozier now that winter is on its way

Amazing place and such friendly customer service. Sneha was so helpful as it was our first time there and we loved every bit of it.

Rude service by Indian girl and man. They don't even have good customer service. May as well be a milk shop instead of coffee and chocolate.

This is a café that would be great for baby's or senior citizens.

Awesome cafe to fix your chocolate cravings! The offer a wide range of drinks (hot and cold) as well as chocolate treats such as cakes and even "hot" food items such as waffles. I really love their chocolate mousse cake. Seating is a little small, but it is definitely worth it.

Loved the chocolate milkshake and the cookies and cream milkshake as well. Super thick and creamy. They even gave us some chocolates to taste which were absolutely melt in the mouth amazing. Cute little shop to take a break from shopping at sylvia park.

I brought some special chocolates for a birthday. I had great assistance. So I stayed for coffee and a chocolate- very very nice.
