Very happy with service here. Nothing was an inconvenience and found it very easy to assemble the wardrobes they supplied.

A good place to sort out a basic kitchen. Very efficient & helpful Staff. Phoebe was a great help and got my order processed ahead of the dead line. Quality of cabinets is good.
Only grumble is the $60 delivery fee for less than 5km -although expensive the service was really good & efficient.

Was very good. I wonder if this place has changed hands as basics now seem pricey. A small shelf is over $12. And they know you need more than they supply with the units.

Friendly and helpful staff members, though if they say they'll call you back don't count on it, as well as they doing any work unless you pay them in full. They also sell some off-cuts in various lengths that you can use for your DIY projects and the prices for these off-cuts are quite reasonable; however, any additional cuttings is quite costly - if they want to do it for you, that is.

Staff member is very rude, impolite and not willing to assist!

Delivery: There was a big drama on the delivery.promised delivery between 830am-900am, call at 910am, got told the cabinet have sent out from their warehouse, then call at 930am, got told the cabinet still at their warehouse! Two staff member promise to call back, but never happen!

During the order and the final product:
* Got told the sink hole cannot to be cut in the middle of the bench top.then we organised all piping at the right hand side, at the end the hole cut in the middle. Need to redo the piping during installation!
* Got told bench top and sink will come separately. I expected it simply assemble top and sink together by screw &/or glue. But the cabinet frame wasn't cut properly for the sink fitting. (see photo). Spent over half an hour to measure and cut!
* Most house in NZ do have skirting. As a professional, I think they should an option for it. The cabinet now cannot sit close to the wall! (see photo)
* One door cannot close properly! (see photo)
* Chips on one door! (see photo)

The one star for the great attitude of the delivery person.

They took way longer then advised. Once the bench top finally arrived it had a chip on it as well as the breakfast bar was bowed like a banana. Communication was terrible, they never responded to my emails trying to find out where my bench was. It took over 2 weeks when I was told it would arrive 1 week at the latest.

After I posted my review I was contacted to get a new bench top to replace the chipped bench and the banana bench. It has since arrived but the breakfast bar still isn't flat. It's not as bad as the first one but still isn't perfect. This time the freight company cannot be blamed as it was delivered the next day. I will say though the bench top colour/pattern in the second delivery defiantly look a lot better and match better at the join.
Just needing the joining bolts ect redelivered now as they were returned with the faulty bench but not provided with the replacement.
