Helen performs a beautiful facial, even though this was just a shorter one, to give me an idea on if I want to begin the Reform Skin Plan.

She had incredible pressure with her cleanse and product application! Definitely makes me want to come back for a longer treatment next time.

The lady who discussed the plans with me was very calm and patient. She had a lovely energy. The lady on reception has a wonderful phone manner as well, I could hear her while I was waiting.

This all just really adds to the whole experience, creating a warm and inviting space you want to return to xox

Normally go to the Caci in Pakuranga and never had any issues but was disappointed with Albany. I called them ahead to check what time they closed and said I was coming in to buy a gift card after work, they said 7pm. Online and on their phone, their hours also say they close at 7pm. Arrived at 6.20pm and they were closing 40 minutes early. I said I just wanted to buy a gift card and they said they were closed and were open till 7pm the next day, felt very awkward. Normally don’t write bad reviews but I am so time poor and this was such a waste of my time so was very displeased:/

I had never had a facial before and decided to give it a go since there was a deal running. My beautician was Ammara who was absolutely lovely and extremely knowledgeable. My skin is already grateful - I will definitely be back!

Went to Caci Albany to do hydro dermabrasion. Left with skin dehydrated. Plus there were a number of other things that went wrong. Sent a detailed email to Caci Albany to explain why I am not happy with the service provided. No response received.

Great place for all my monthly needs. The monthly facial works wonders and keeps my skin in tip top condition.

Great staff, amazing facility. Parking isn't the greatest and can be confusing. But also difficult to get in and out of.

Have been on the caci skincare plan for a year now. My skin has changed and is looking so good. Scars, pigmentation have reduced, facials are divine and the staff are so great.

Aggressive sales pitch from the outset. Did not enjoy being told I should have botox four times after stating VERY clearly I wouldn't have it. The woman who took my appointment was sales staff not the person who does proceedures. Rather than listening to what I wanted she told me what she thought I needed.
4mls of filler = $3,200 - 3,600
They should advertise their prices instead of wasting people's time.
Kept telling me to get a Q card to pay it off.

My experience at Caci Albany has so far been nothing short of absolutely wonderful! I love all the girls who work there and they are so professional, caring and respectful. The treatments I have recieved there have been performed to such a high standard, and I always recommend Caci Albany to all my friends. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Ladies Fractional Laser treatment is a waste of time and money. My dear friend spend $4800.00 and one year of treatments 5 laser included with no results. You will be better off with Hyaluronic injections or Botox but chose a qualified doctor.: (
