Delicious pasta and beautifully presented on the plate, we also ordered a kids’ bolognese pasta which was yummy.

First time diners, good experience!
Wide variety of options, calamari was best I've had in a long time (though wasn't quite hot), Pizza (Gambrioni I think, with prawns) - very good - tasty, not soggy, generous toppings. Dessert (Creme Broulee) was served a bit late (we'd asked for it to be prepared early as had a short lunch break), and was room temp - I expected it to be warmer but perhaps that's not how it's served? Good caramelised sugar on it. Extensive drinks list too. Would visit again - Thought it's not "cheap eats" at around $50pp for a pizza, calamari, creme broulee, beer & LLB, more if you were exceptionally hungry or going for dinner. But was happy with quality of food & portions.

First the positives, the toilets were extremely clean and the expresso martini was exceptionally good.
However things took a turn, when the mains arrived, the steak was like rubber, cutting through it you could see strands of tendon which would not surrender to the steak knife! I could not eat it.
Wifee had the cannoli, she said it was sub par dry, overcooked and no flavour.
All I can say was this place used to be great in its day, who ever owns this restaurant needs to work in it, or sell it.
Lastly the 80’s hip hop music just did not fit the surroundings, seriously lost its way.

Food was delicious, but at table of 6 meals came out at varying times. Staff were apologetic and helpful

Food was delicious venue is clean and spacious. It's a vibe for a party or a late lunch with a friend

Unfortunately this isn't a good message we came out tonight to celebrate a couple of family events and omg it has to be one of the worst service and food i have ever had so much so out of 4 of us none of the meals were nice and to bring one at once we had each finished before the next got there's honestly we used to come here all the time but it would take a miracle to get us back there it was so bad it caused arguments: (

Wow what a nice place! We ordered the lamb gnocchi and it tasted like heaven! Staff were very friendly and the decor is beautiful. Toilets were also very clean. Very nice experience, definitely coming back!

Disappointing lunch on a Saturday. Waiter who served us used all of his interactions with us as an up selling opportunity. He took about 30 minutes before we could order our food and only because we raised this with him. Lunch is supposed to be quick and with all but three tables empty, there’s not much of an excuse.

Food also poor, one of the party ordered a medium rare rib eye and received it almost raw. Wife’s chicken was bland. My pork was quite nice, however. Expensive prices should reflect in the food quality, especially if you’re not paying for rent on the waterfront.

Each food is so small.if we didn't order pizza extra, we might not have been enough. Also be careful to order sparkling water, it is $12. We didn't even think we need to pay so when staff asked us if we want water or sparkling water, we picked sparkling.but found it wasn't free at checkout n should pay, which was not we expected.

It was last Sunny morning, Rainy day. I came to store order a flat white and start read a book. The lady served me one of the best coffee I have had for long while. She’s real nice and I have had a lovely reading time. Sorry I don’t have her name, but she made amazing coffee. I’ll surely come back to try the Tiramisu next time.

Been here after many years. Food was still nice but the service was very poor.
I was almost slipped over in the reception area when both coming in and out.
The area was slippery but there wasn't any signs or excuses from staff members.

Had our staff end of year dinner here and the ribeye was outstanding! All the food was awesome. The service from the wait staff excellent.keep up the great work team we will definitely be back

Had the best lunch for our marching team Kumeu Guards, the food was awesome, the waitresses were awesome, the food came out hot and all 10 of us were served our meal together. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, thank you eCucina

We ere greeted warmly as we entered, menu looks amazing. We ordered a pizza and asked if we could have two flavours on it.
They catered for our choices and the pizza came quickly. It was yumm.
We were in and out quickly as we were on a time frame.
Wait staff were very pleasant.
I would recommend this restaurant.

Not sure how to rate my experience/ experiences. First visit a few months ago was awesome. Booked on Christmas Eve for a " later " sitting as our son was working until 8 and we really wanted to bring him to your place. Firstly, I think you should rather not take bookings on days like that or just restrict them to early sittings because everything just felt rushed and I understand that staff wanted to get home to family and friends.
Secondly, we ordered a second bottle of wine but, feeling rushed only had a half glass out of it. I understand licensing regulations but, surely, some plan could have been made for us to take what we had paid for, home. Was not your most costly bottle but at $56, I was loathe to have to leave it there, as the lady at the door insisted we do. Should have sat down and just taken my time to finish it and kept everyone waiting. I know you aren't a liquor store and your license stipulations are very specific but we were the only people there besides the staff and could just have stuck it into my wife's handbag and nobody would have been hurt but, she was so insistent that we leave it behind. I'm sure a plan could have been made. Perhaps thinking outside the box should be a prerequisite for hiring front of house staff. Not saying we won't be back as we do love your place but just disappointed by the way it was handled.

Had the Meat Lovers pizza and Pataine Fritte (potato chips), overall very nice and enjoyed our meal.

I would say having a separate knife for cutting pizza would be handy, and could do with a little more flavour, but that just my taste, it’s a nice pizza regardless.

Coffee was perfect, ordered a large but cup was a standard size.

Food in this place is to die for! Keep going back as it has a special place in our hearts. Be a bit careful turning in as it's quite steep as you turn off the road.

Had a great creamy pollo fettuccine.chicken cooked perfectly tender and flavourful, great cocktails and mixers
Most friendly and nice staff to deal with almost like a mate

Great way to start the weekend, great welcome on our arrival and great seating arrangements. Ordered coffee and a full breakfast, good service by all staff on duty. The portions are big and a great meal. The atmosphere is so good and you can relax and have a good conversation. There was special seating arrangements for a toddler at an adjacent table and a good kids meal was searved. Good selection of pastries, scones and muffins to also enjoy with a cup of coffee or tea. Overall a very good experience and we will definitely be back, Thank You.

We were a group of 9 that attended a Birthday party dinner. We all had a variety of meals from Rib Eye Steak, Fish of the Day, Fresh Pasta with Seafood, Pasta bake, Calamari - all very top quality food and some very high quality Red Wine with the meal.
Our deserts varied from Crembolea with Gelato Ice Cream, Gelato Ice Cream.

All a very high quality dinner with top service from everyone from servers, bar tenders, kitchen staff and management. A most memorable evening.

Very highly recommend to all current and future customers, lots of parking and great top quality service. We will definitely be back in the future.
