I just had a trailer cover made by these guys and it's awesome, can't recommend them enough!

Had two experiences with this company.a couple of years ago they repaired an annex to a vintage caravan.strengthened some seams.and did a fine job. Today I took same canvas annex back to them for them to strengthen some more seams.opened up by the recent storms we have had recently.it was nite versus the day of the previous encounter.they said to repair it would cost more than a new one. I asked how much would a new one be.they said '4 to 5 grand'. Saying it would take 50 hours @ $100 per hour. I balked at this.and asked why it was they could do it last time. (and those repairs survived the storms). Why couldn't they just do that again? Owner snarled at me that he didn't have enough workers to do repairs. I asked him why didn't he just say that to me at the get go.instead of putting me thru that b.s. He told me to get out.and tried to take/keep the bag I had brought the annex in. (this was given to me @ my 1st encounter. (!). I almost had to wrestle it off him.). A horrible experience.and a truly horrible way to be treated.and the puzzle for me is why were there such stark differences between that first encounter.and the second?
and why did he try to take the bag previously given to me? Very weird.

I had a sail cloth needing a 50c sized patch 3 days before xmas. They set my expectations when I phoned that it was unlikely to get done before xmas due to load, so took it in to drop it off.
One of the staff popped out the back with it to have someone take a look at the feasibility of fixing it, and then asked me to wait a few minutes while they patched it on the spot! Really friendly, incredibly efficient staff, and you can see they all have a lot of fun there too. What can I say. You made my xmas guys, I couldn't recommend these folk enough. Merry Xmas and enjoy a well earned 5 star review!

We went to Cairnscorp to have our outdoor cushions re-stitched however, when we returned to collect the cushions, we were asked to pay about $1,000 instead of the the estimated $300 price. It turns out that Cairnscorp had mistakenly made new cushions from scratch and then insisted that we were in the wrong. The new cushions did not even fit our outdoor chairs. Instead of simply resolving the issue and re-stitching the cushions as originally asked, Cairnscorp then refused to help us any further, insisting that "we did not have a good working relationship. " We do not recommend Cairnscorp at all and we will not be returning.

Cairnscorp manufacture and install two set of PVC blind systems for us (part of the project to transform our outdoor space). Surprised by the amount of details and work that has gone into it. It did took a little longer than expected to finish the project, but it was definitely worth the wait. Steven had done a stellar job from start (quote, measure and all comms in between with the builder) to finish (completing the install with Darryll). It was a nice touch to get a call from customer service post install, checking on how the install went (just to make sure that we are happy with the finished product). Will definitely come back to Cairnscorp again in the future.

Good service is more elusive than ever, heck just getting any service can be hard enough. So when you find a business that has exceptional service it is a pleasant surprise. The people at Cairscorp Pukekohe are excellent, I went in to ask about them remaking a new BBQ cover from an old worn out one I had, the whole experience was flawless, the gentlemen walked me through the options, came up with the most economic one, gave me a price, completed the job as promised, rang when promised, and we picked up our new cover the next day. Keep up the great work, thanks and I hope to do business again.
