Caltex - Springs Road

Absolutely felt profiled as an individual pumping gas at this establishment. A woman walked out of the Caltex doors are open for her I try your walk in to pay for my pump door shuts and I can’t come in. Keep in mind this is only 7: 45pm. Thought the bloke was just closing them because it’s become a trend to close early I suppose. As I walk to my car to pump my gas the woman walks back into the store the doors open. Idk what type of service you’re providing but needs improving never felt so profiled in my life.

I was in hospital. My wife was returning from visiting me when her car overheated and she drove in for assistance. The staff totally ignored her. It took a couple of customers to find a soda bottle to put water in the radiator to cool the car as there was nothing available and the staff weren't interested in helping. There is no service, they are arrogant and totally unhelpful only interested in pumping gas. We will never go there again and nor will our vehicle fleet. You have lost a customer forever.

I had no idea what the guy behind the counter was saying, maybe because he was talking on his phone the entire time he was serving. I kept asking what he said, then realised he was talking on bluetooth.

Its my local gas station, the guys are friendly.but dihlbag needs to get off his ph when there are customers to be served

Expensive as, need petrol and petrol stations seem to be all the same. Non the less catered for the needs at the time

Used to have the cheapest gas price but not any more. Still good if you have the AA Smartfuel card though.

My car likes the petrol from here but the premises looks a little run down. Time for a makeover

Used to provide the best pricing but not anymore. However, sometimes during Christmas and New Year, they do offer quite good discounted prices.

On normal days it has one of the better pricing on petrol with no vouchers (just AA card), but on recent AA discount promotion, the price was raised first, quite deceptive.
