Caltex

Visited the station around 7am yesterday and dealt with Sonali I believe her name was. She just made me feel at home and will love to visit again soon!

I enquired about their Caltex app and both staff members were eager to help me.
One of the two staff members, made a point of helping me to clearly understand, I need not fret, if I do not have my card, as Iong as i have my phone and the Caltex App, I'm good to go!
The Caltex app alone is sufficient to help with discounts etc.
I was so relieved and would like to express my thanks, to this Staff member from the Otara branch, j East Tamaki Road.
I have trouble with retaining information, but, so far so good. Thank you!

Great friendly staff and fuel at a great price, fuel was 30 cents cheaper than getting it from my area 15 min drive away so well worth the trip if you are buying a fair amount of fuel

Female staff are very lazy and rude from 5pm they refuse to fill lpg or exchange gas bottles and said please come before 3pm not very happy as I drove 30kms round trip now have to find another station to do it the guys were much better.

No toilet facilities and it sealed up for customers. I have been asked to go to Wendy's Restaurant. Sadly Wendy's Restaurant's toilet is reserved for only their customers.
Really disappointed.

Thank you for great customer service everytime I come through for petrol and hot beverages. Hot chocolate is pretty good too. The young lady that made me a hot chocolate must put a bit of magic dust in it because it's damn good!

U can use Caltex app for payments. Just by the main road. A Wendy's is near by. This station offers 91,95 petrol and diesel. Comes with a mini supermarket. That includes a cafe too. Customer service was fair enough. I did not notice tyre fill (air).

Yay! You finally have an app FFS so I don't need to go inside and get bombarded with advertising for unhealthy expensive Kai. Unhealthy petrol is all I need. For now.

Such an amazing place with a positive and vibrant atmosphere. Considering on bringing the whole extended family next time

Visited today at 5.11 pm to fill my gas bottle. Looked around and the guy behind the counter seemed to be too busy on his mobile phone. He eventually looked up and i pointed to the gas bottle, hd shook his head and indicated it was closed, and put up 5 fingers, so I gathered hd meant it closed at 5. The only dignni saw by the lpg standc was the weekend hours which said closed at 10pm. Pity they didn't change the time or even put a sign where you could see it. So lugged the gas bottle and drove out. All the time he was still on his cellphone.

Earphone in servers ear 3 of us customers had to repeat till a family member yelled at him which resulted in traveling to another service station.

Easy access and handy on the watb to almos everywhere. Often has the best gas prices in the Ellerslie Panmure area.

Rude customer service again on Friday evening 4th December. Worst gas station I have ever come across

As usual this service station also serves coffee and some snacks to eat. One important thing is tire inflator here is a long one so one can easily fill air in the tire with bend nozzle. Cheers

Caltex is a great place to fill up your gas and get a quick snack whether your just on your way to work or on a family road trip, it's a great reliable gas station

Mate you guy's are lucky to get a star, the service is below average slow with an attitude, some item's have no prices on them so it kind of feels like they making up the prices on their own, how do you explain $6.50 mince pies, $13.00 1.5kg berley ($9.00 in other service stations) among other things that are grossly overpriced thank's Caltex Otara for the rip off

Always get my full tank filled in here. Helpful and super friendly staff that will go the extra mile to fill your car for you. They are all with a smile on their faces all the time.
EXCELLENT MANAGEMENT, they value their customers opinions. Spacious forecourt and interiors. Very busy all the time due to their low prices. They do AA SMART FUEL discounts here.try time your visit on a 10% discount day and get increments.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PETROL STATION.

I use this Caltex as they follow the Gull price from further down the road. I monitor the price with Gaspy then when it goes down I take a detour off the Southern Motorway to fill up. Combined with AA card this gives me the maximum saving possible.

Be awesome if they turned on the outdoor heaters in the canopy while one fills the car with petrol in winter
