Great car removal service, I sold my old toyota hiace vehicle for a best price. I total recommended this guys.

Called today for my car to be removed from my home. The guy I spoke to said he will send someone to my house to look at my car. He said someone will be over within an hour. That was at 3.17 pm my call and it is now 6 pm. I have been waiting for nearly 3 hours now. So unprofessional, could of at least give me a call to let me know that no one is coming. Zzzzz

I've had tried to fix tires previously but have never been able to. My car anxieties changed when. I went to these guys the kind of help from Tony and excuse me I think his name was Koko. They saw I was struggling with changing my tires and stopped their lunch break to help me. They gave me an excellent price on some beautiful tires and we had a laugh over a cup of tea. Sometimes I look at my car at night and want to destroy it so I can see those hilarious hard workers

Useless.takes hours to arrive after the time stated they will come, also gives you a phone quote then will come and try drop the price ridiculously low and come up fake and silly excuses to make you think the car isn't worth it

Told them to give me more than $200 then had to leave so left my mother there to supervise, next thing I know only $200 was given, quick yes but a little bit shady

Fantastic service! I was wanting to get rid of my old BMW ASAP since we won't have space at our driveway. A gentleman helped us, gave us the price and quick transaction. I had very old Nissan Terrano which was scrap car sitting at my home ideal, so I decided to get rid of it. When I was searching for a top car wreckers in Auckland, I came across this car removal company. They did a really great job by removing my old car from home and also paid me good money on spot, I would strongly recommend them for any one who wants to sell scrap or damaged car:)

These guys agreed to pay $600 for my Landrover and arranged to have it towed from my mechanics. However, when the towie arrived he immediately stated they only pay between $300-$350 for vehicles. If that’s the case then don’t lie about how much you’ll pay when people call you! I shouldn’t have had to fight for the AGREED price or been forced to settle for less than that AGREED amount. If they’d been honest over the phone I’d have carried on to the next place. It was an extremely frustrating experience that I won’t be repeating or recommending to anyone else.

RESPONSE: I stated during the call that I would give you my vehicle for $600. YOU SAID YES I CAN DO THAT! You did not say I might/might not do that. You did not say I may/may not negotiate on site. You gave no indication that you would try and pay less than the agreed amount. Therefore, you lied. Also, I couldn’t decline you because my vehicle was parked at a mechanics not on my own property. I’d been given that day to have the car removed. You may have many good reviews but if you go back abit you’ll find that you’ve actually done this to heaps of people. Stop trying to make out that your an honest person. This experience, the experience of others earlier in your reviews, and your response to me, and those other people, proves that your not. I wouldn’t be surprised if all your sudden good reviews were fabricated by friends of yours.
