Great place, legendary in the area. Great staff, amazing new shisha, has been my regular haunt for a long time.

Great prawns-got the garlic prawn and prawn fried rice which were both super tasty and big proportions. Shisha was nice. Late open hours appreciated.

Sorry to say that It was so disappointing food! It is zero star! Literally not freshly cooked but re_heated food! You could easily understand those foods were left over foods from the other days and it's called "Serai Platter"! Not fresh at all! I feel sorry for us to eat that food because we were hungry and had to go to work immediately! We paid a food that it doesn't worth at all!
Not recommended at all!

They did not take a booking well.even after calling them 3 times.
The person wasn't able to understand a dinner booking for 5 people (weird for a restaurant).
They did however, arrange our table and accommodate us on arrival. This is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

The food was awesome. And the shisha was very very good. So this definitely made our experience better.

Love this place mainly for shisha (Hookah), when it comes for food I prefer crispy fish, vegetable manchurian (absolutely same as of India), crispy chicken, hate their pizza's.loved the waitress, she was very attentive and soft spoken.definely recommend this place for friends hangout for some food n drinks n especially for the people who love hookah ️

Best place for shisha, staff are friendly and the boss is a GC. He'll always look out for his customers and looking to improve the business. $40 for a shisha but if you are looking for quality this is the place to go. Definitely be back the next time we visit Auckland.

Try something different like I did, I'm sure you will be impressed too.
Open till late which is great when you want to go out into town.

Service was great and the food. Except the shisha which was horrible and tasted very bad. They need to clean their shisha's properly - you can easily taste it!

Good place for shisha (even that pricy). Kumara fries were very soggy. The number of staff is not enough when it gets crowded, but the staff is lovely.

Great for a quick lunch and the food is decent. Nice outdoor seating on sunny days. Been there multiple times but never had any issue with the service.

We went there for had a lunch, The beef short ribs was amazing. We will go back there again for dinner.

Very friendly & professional people in this premises. Lovely Nepal girl served us here with friendly service.

Came in 11pm and everything was closed, from online it says it closes at 1am
Unhappy with comms from staff as there comms was “we want to close and go home”.

Food was good, but below par customer service and food for 5 people came separately over 40 minutes which was not acceptable.the last meal was forgotten about; we had to go up to the kitchen to retrieve the meal ourselves.had to ask for cutlery three seperate times.would not recommend.

I’m not one to give bad ratings but as the evening wore on and things got worse and worse I really feel the need to prevent others from wasting their money. Service was non existent, we felt like we were an inconvenience from the moment we arrived. No understanding of the menu, no flexibility, no cutlery, no soap or toilet paper and no such thing as food arriving together. When I politely mentioned how disappointing the service was nobody even seemed to care. Won’t be back!

FO personality was good. Overall customer service was seriously below par. If you want to celebrate a good night. This is not the place.

Just had lunch with some friends. Appalling service, food was not great and took forever to arrive. One colleague had to miss out on his lunch because they took so long and it was a salad for God sake. We will definitely not be going back there. STAY AWAY!

Excellent environment. The host were very hospitable. The meal was delicious, music just the right level, n the seisha relaxing. A great evening for couples, friends of adult ages. Ups to the host there.
