4We have tried to make an appointment twice now but the lady on the phone is so rude and so inconsiderate that I just had to say I’ll find somewhere else to go please check her phone manners.
The lady on phone was very rude.wanted to kick her face through the phone.so she knows how to talk to patient.poor service
Receptionist was lovely! HOWEVER. The Doctor was only concerned about her time and wasn't bothered about giving her own opinion as she continued to agree with what I told her about my own doctors words based on my condition she wasn't interested in answering questions because she had her mind set on a time limit and said I only have 2 minutes left. Unbelievable service for $55 I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Total waste of money you're better off going middlemore hospital or staying at your own doctor.
He fitted me in before Christmas and fixed my grandson's ingrown toenail. He is back to a cheerful lil bub again. God bless, from the Parsons family.
