I've recently used Carfe to get two of our company vehicles cleaned on different days. I found their service to be of very high quality especially the second car that had a lot of dog hair in it. The wait was very reasonable (just over an hour each for both cars) for the quality and time spent getting the both cars looking ready to be sold on the block.

Booking system is awesome! Guaranteed a spot and no long wait times. They provide free coffee and wifi with a nice clean and warm place to relax while they work. Highly recommend!

I got my Mazda Axela cleaned. It was in poor condition and looked horrible before I got it cleaned with the team at Greenlane. They gave it back to me looking like a brand new car! I don’t even want to sit in it it’s so clean!

I made the bad mistake of going to this place last Saturday morning. Only thing going for it is the staff are friendly and welcoming petty they are not trained properly. After the cleaning I got back to my car and found green mold on all the windows rubbers. Talked to the supervisor is replied " yep we saw that, we gave it a water blast but it did come off. I then showed him our to remove it 5 min latter problem fixed. I didn't really inspect the car properly until I got home I then had a closer look surface had been wiped but not clean properly. The vacuum was OK but there was still alot of dust in the car and pet hair which I had paid to remove. I was going to chalk it to bad experiences until found the plastic moulding on side of driver seat had been broken. There is no way your staff member did not know he had broken it as as the broken piece of plastic was put back on the rail. No mention or apology of this at collection.i paid for black service with a lots extras. Now I know what you my extras broken parts and do the job yourself. I will not going back nor will any of my staff.

Most appalling customer service. Showed up and there were no cars being washed the place was totally empty. I was told I had to book online and was just left unattended no help with anything… Would not recommend. Surely you would accept walk ins if you had no cars being washed?

First time I went there, they missed half of the inside of the windscreen, didnt go back for some time. I pointed it out to them and they said that they are really busy? Felt lazy today and took the ute through and did a much better job.

Service was bad, they left my car running the whole time, the clean took almost 2 hrs. Car engine was overflowing coolant by the end. Very unhappy. Not a safe place for cars

Vacuuming was done well but the consoles and dash weren't cleaned as expected according to the package I had purchased. Requested one of the staff to complete the job after checking my car but he only cleaned the middle console. I had to clean my car myself when I reached home. $100 for that standard of cleaning was not worth it. Would not go back to Greenland branch in future. Hoping their Takapuna branch would reopen with the same team. They were better cleaners for sure. Never had any issue. All the best.

They couldn't do a deep clean of my upholstery, even though it's listed on their website. Really not their fault if down on staff due to Covid. Would however have been helpful if they had said that on their website and saved me a trip. Still got a wash, vacuum and internal clean. Suggest allowing 90minutes in the weekend, as still took a while.

Teams seem very efficient there and I seen some mighty nice shine on cars coming out.

We spent $95 for a full clean and were appalled at the quality of cleaning that our practically new car had been given. When we brought the car back home, we were stunned to find the roof of the car had not been touched at all. Being parked sometimes under a tree, it had a lot of tree leaf debris and soil litter on the roof that we ended up having to wash and clean. We would have probably just gone for a simple car wash at a petrol station if we had known beforehand that we would have to return home from Car-fe and continue with the car washing. We had decided to take our cars every month for a full clean but thanks to this experience, we will just stick to the car wash at petrol stations.

Clean, convenient, efficient service with comfortable waiting area. Good result for a car wash service.

Paid for the 95 dollar clean. Was very disappointed with the level of work and would not go back, windows we're not clean, bits missed on the exterior. Could have done a much better job myself.

Very bad customer service. Got there at 4 pm but was turned away by one of the employees. Apparently they were full (4 guys were detailing 1 car. Apart from mine there wasn't any other car).
Front counter service was pathetic.
Wouldn't recommend anyone to come here.

Paid for a Silver Lux with additional vacuum and leather conditioning and was pretty average job. Wasn't super happy with quality for amount of money paid. There was heaps of polish left on the outside and average vacuum job.

We brought our car in for a $180 extensive interior the clean. The results are so disappointing, the centre console screen etc wasn't even wiped down, marks all over door frames and on seats and arm rest. I know these aren't permanent as I got a bunch of them off myself with a simple wipe down.
My husband asked the team to relook at it when he picked it up as they hadn't even bothered to open any of the main compartments and clean and it still isn't even close to satisfactory, even with a second chance to fix it. A total waste of time and money
