Dale was fast and efficient today. The carpet at the property was badly stained, He had informed me beforehand that the patch was going to look noticeable as the carpet in the house is 3years old and the carpet i provided was original new. I still went with it as I cant afford to replace entire rooms. He was able to patch it using the carpet provided. Patch is a 10x10 for me. Abit Noticeable but not as bad as I thought. He did a superb job and price was great aswell. Highly recommend and will definitely choose them again when required. Thank you Dale.

Didn’t expect such great results! Excellent service, great cleaning result and for a very affordable price. Cleaner was very helpful and they managed to get rid of the main stains and the room looks and smells amazing now. Don’t look anywhere else these are the people you are after.

Had my sofa and love seat cleaned this morning and all I can say is "WOW. " Gavin and his crew did an amazing job. My sofas look and smell brand new. I really like these guys. Fair price and friendly service. I really appreciated they texted me to let me know the appointment was set and emailed me a receipt.

Due to the fire we had to clean all our upholstery & carpet that smelled like they have been regulars in a dive bar prior to the smoke ban. I contacted Auckland Steam n Dry Carpet Cleaning Services and Rose called back promptly. She was able to quote me a fair price for all the items that had to be cleaned & sanitized. I needed the job done ASAP and Rose was able to fit us in with a earlier appointment. Emailing us even after regular work hours knowing we were waiting for an answer right away. The crew came and did an amazing job! They were so detailed & careful. Everything smelled amazing afterwards. I am so impressed and highly recommend this company!

Anthony at Steam n Dry Carpet Cleaning Auckland did a fantastic job cleaning our rugs and carpets. He thoroughly cleaned both our very stained-up carpet as well as our very fine 100% wool area rugs. He is a lovely person and easy to have in the house, which is important to me. Very reasonably priced and won't stop until the job is done. Highly recommend!

I have had my carpets cleaned many times and was considering replacing them until Anthony showed up from Carpet Cleaning South Auckland Steam 'n' Dry. They responded to my text over the weekend immediately, showed up with 2 days notice, was on time, lovely to work with, totally reasonably priced and worked his tail off until my carpets were perfect. I cannot believe how clean he got them.

I love this company! If everyone had his work ethic the world would be a better place.

On confirming my booking over the phone I mention the specials on their website to which I received quite a snark response which left me feeling uneasy about continuing with my booking and I should have taken it as the first red flag. I went ahead anyway as my preferred company couldn't fit me in sooner which was the biggest mistake! As they state " not 100% guarantee stain removal" they state nowhere that it will make stains 10xx worse! Especially the stain he worked on heavily its twice the size and 10x more prominent. And not to mention it took over 48hrs to dry my sticky carpet with two beautiful hot days and a full open home, two fans and two dehumidifiers running when they claim between 4-6hrs carpet will be dry. Carpet is still sticky a week later, stain is horrendous no joke. Not impressed, massive waste of money. Would not reccomend.

Had a mold patch appearing in carpet and smell wasn't good, it started clearing as soon as he applied stain agent and completely disappeared once washed, 1 day on no smells or stain, Thanks Jerry for a great job and good coms along the way.

Anthony did both my air duct cleaning and carpet cleaning. He was awesome! Prompt and professional and a great value. I will absolutely be calling them for routine cleaning maintenance again each year.

I have used all major chain carpet companies. I think this experience was the best I have ever had. None of them have gotten my carpets as clean as Steam n Dry. I had to contact them by email because I needed to add some options. Customer service was great and they got me on the schedule. I got a confirmation text, which I thought was great. Graeme and his team arrived on time and was very nice and personable. They did a great job and my carpets look awesome. I will be a repeat customer.

We had our carpets cleaned today by Steam n Dry. They were prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. They gave us a quick estimate that was VERY reasonable, helped us move some furniture items, and got to work right away. They were finished in 1 1/2 hours which was exactly the time frame they had quoted us. The job they did was fantastic! Every stain is gone and they even helped us get rid of some discoloring due to frequent walking paths. We are very pleased and will be using them again. I highly recommend!
