Carpet Court Henderson

Absolutely shocking customer service and poor communication, I'm still waiting for the finishing to be done. Had coretec flooring planks laid, finish around kitchen tiles didn't line up, you could stub your toe on it, said they would remedy it, they haven't. The job was done last year, I stilled owed some monies for it, wanted them to complete it before I gave rest of money, my account was sent to debt collector, with additional charges of over $1000 - I will see my solicitor this week, to try sort it now, I'm fed up with them.

Returning Customer - Tragic experience with Carpet Court Henderson! Site measure was done by Paul Smith in October for job to be completed in November. Installer came and left within minutes saying he cannot do it due to current floor boards being rotten in one area, however they could have continued with the rest of the areas! Obvious rotten damage that should've been noticed and looked into during the first site measure. After many phone calls, emails due to lack of communication / updates regarding solving this issue sooner, Paul / Aaron finally managed to get another installer booked in for this week January. He also left within minutes without completing the job due to an misunderstanding. He was Chinese and spoke zero english too. Now we have a bunch of tiles taking up space at our front door with an uncompleted job that has taken months. Shifting stuff to prepare for two failed attempts of installations! Carpet Court Henderson should not deduct restocking fees and should immediately process a full refund for this shocking experience I have ever had!

Dropped in to look at laminate flooring. Staff were incredibly helpful and nothing fazed them.

Carpet Court are absolutely fantastic. They measured then had to store our Carpet for 3.5 years, for various reasons. The Carpet has finally been laid and we are thrilled to bits with the results. We used “CARPET COURT” 32 years ago to do the floor coverings throughout our home, an excellent job!
Our kitchen floor was getting a bit worn after all these years and needed replacing!
Our first and only port of call was back to Barry Keach and his team at CARPET COURT Lincoln rd.
Paul Smith their salesman came and measured up and quoted to use an excellent new product RHINO hard flooring. Job was quoted and accepted by us and it was laid today, Josh Day the installer who was freindly and knowledgeable did a beautiful job and on time!

Sorry to post a negative review but you deserve it. Aaron was supposed to come and measure up for flooring and twice he never turned up to do it as arranged. Didn't ring back when we followed up on it. If you had just done us the courtesy of phoning back to say you were sorry you couldn't make I would not have posted this review.

Carpet court henderson are easy to deal with and no mucking around also well recommendation on which type of flooring to choose on. Thanks Aaron. The installer of the rigid flooring did really good job.
Now I’m very happy with my new Rhino rigid flooring. Thanks guys highly recommend to everyone out there. Cheers

We used Carpet Court to instal new carpet at our home. Adam was prompt and sent us a quote during the Christmas break. He made himself available for some minor queries during the holiday season. The instal was completed professionally and on time as quoted. We are very happy with the new carpet and the overall process of working with Carpet Court Henderson. We are happy to recommend them as good suppliers.

Requested a measure and quote two weeks ago. No contact. No nothing. This is just my own experience with them. Make your own judgment.

Shocking to be honest. Upfront sales process was decent. Okay price. But customer service on the back end of the deal was terrible. We had a minor issue that could have been fixed very quickly. It took 2 months for them to organise for someone to come around and fix it. We had to follow them up multiple times with emails and calls to get it done. The first time we booked to get it fixed, no one showed up. We had to call again and set a new time. No communication - poor customer service.

Adam was a fantastic salesperson who made the whole process really easy. B, Josh, Daniel & Dennis were an amazing installation squad. They communicated really well with us took so much care and pride in their work and problem solved in the moment. The whole team really took care of us and our our floor now looks a million bucks! Thanks guys!:)

Can offer good prices on clearance stock as this branch is franchised and has more freedom than some other carpet court sites.
Samples and show room set up was good to inspect the differences.

Luke at Carpet Court Henderson couldn't have been more helpful. I went into this store only looking to pick a colour to then order elsewhere and left with a fantastic deal that was better than getting a discount through family! There was also a slight issue where a small room was missed but Luke took this on himself to see to immediately and rectified it within a few days. I cannot recommend this store more highly.

We went to a number of companies to find our carpet but Adam and the team at Henderson Carpet court were exceptional. They were the only people we dealt with that knew their product well, their customer service was second to none, and they worked to our schedule perfectly, couldn’t do enough to help. 10/10 if you need flooring these are you guys.

Carpet Court have been brilliant from start to finish! Adam especially was prompt to measure, quote and follow up. We felt well looked after and he offered us a competitive quote. Needing flooring in our place quite quickly he ensured our flooring was in stock and booked us in with the installers. The installers were also professional and did an amazing installation job. We are really pleased with with the overall result and speedy service especially so soon after Christmas!
