Had amazing advice from Adam who was bright and friendly when I walked through the doors! Will come back to the Manukau branch if anything is needed!

Amit made the whole process easy. Always kept us informed and communicated any changes throughout. Mistake through miscommunication was quickly dealt with and sorted straight away.

Terrible customer service, product is ok but honestly not worth the hassle. I would never ever recommend them, save yourself the trouble and go look elsewhere, their product is in no way superior to other brands so you may as well have a good experience and give your money to a company that deserves it. I hear Harrisons is good and has a similar price point

We were at the shop to see carpet at Manakau branch by 4.15 pm today and the sale rep was at least bothered to say Hi even we waited for 15 mins and asked him if anyone was there to see us and he replied I m only one here and will be in a minute. Still waited for another 10 mins and left but he didn’t even had courtesy to ask.very poor customer service and we visited ur neighbour Flooring Xtra who welcomed us very well.

Couldn't recommend Sayanti more. She's an absolute star!

She went over and above to make sure we had all the information we needed considering it's a big investment. Practically holding our hand from the moment we met, right until the end of the installation to ensure we were satisfied.

She was there whenever we needed her, no question went a miss and all with a smile.

Most importantly, I didn't feel pressured, not even once.

Both Sayanti & Adam are a team you can trust. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel welcome.

We are over the moon with our new Rhino Evercore flooring, it looks amazing.

Sayanti was my first point of contact and she was very friendly and efficient in measuring up the house for me. She got back to me with a quote quickly and recommended the colour that she thought would suit us and was completely right about it. It took a while to get us to commit to a date for laying the carpets and Sayanti remained professional and friendly throughout. After the carpets were laid she contacted me to see if I was happy - she is a pleasure to deal with. Mel and Sam laid the carpets for me. They were very professional and quick and dealt with all my requests in a friendly manner. They went over and above by cutting a couple of off cuts for me to use as extra rugs. They contacted me to let me know they were on the way, and again on the second day when the traffic was heavier than usual to let me know when they would be arriving. They worked unto after 6pm on day 2 to make sure everything was done. They tidied up and vacuumed after laying the carpet so everything was neat and clean when they left. Carpet court did a great job from start to finish - I highly recommend them

Excellent customer service from the store Manager Adam. He helped me on several options within my budget also went extra mile to make sure installation is on my preferred date. His team always happy n positive every time when visit especially the girl named Sayanti. Definitely recommend Carpet Court Manukau if u need a fresh look on your house.

We recently had new carpet installed and we were so happy with the results. We met with Adam the store manager, and he gave us fantastic and professional service. We were quite unsure with what to select as it was out first time buying new carpet for the house. Adam ensured us with quality carpet from the budget we had and we were very happy with the results. It's unfortunate that these people here had bad experiences with them, as it was quite the opposite for us. I highly recommend Manukau carpet court to everyone. My family and I would vouch for this company and the great and professional service we experienced from the staff and the store manger Adam.

Sort out your staff quantity and quality. Waited 40 mins for someone to assist. One guy helping a customer. Meanwhile the lady staffer sat there fiddling paperwork and didn’t show interest in helping us while we waited for 40 mins. I went somewhere else and spent my $35k of carpet needs.

Not good only one member of staff.she was dealing with some one that's ok I'm happy to wait but 20 minute late the member of staff has not even aknolaged us by even just saying hi or even I'm dealing with some one I will be with you shortly I we was invisible to her walk out never going back

I had a flood in my home and no carpet for two months while the insurers sorted everything out. From the moment that Carpet Court Manukau was involved, Steven was great. I did find that trying to organise a time to have the carpet installed was proving frustrating, and once I communicated that to Steven, he sorted it out. The carpet layers were extremely professional, polite and very helpful.

Entirely unprofessional, 1 star is too good for this bunch of clowns. If your insurance company expect a quote of them, forget it. 3 months later you'd be lucky to see any correspondence even then they are entirely uncompetitive and couldn't give worse customer service and then abuse you.for being tardy! Amazing.truly avoid. DO NOT USE

Appalling after sale service! Great before sale service, ofcourse! Returned good for refund as they mentioned that they would be happy to refund unopened flooring. After 4 months of back and forth emails and countless phone calls on my part, as they never bothered to return any of my calls, ever, I am yet to receive my refund. Discussed the issue with so many staff members who promised to resolve and still nothing. So here I am, my last resort, to finally get some action from Carpet Court Manukau!
