Amazing service from Jay at Carpet Court Newmarket. I put through an online enquiry, he phoned me having already checked the carpet I was after as it was discontinued, and found the last roll in NZ. He then came and measured for the job right away, and had a quote back later that day, we had the carpet in within the week. Totally surpassed our expectations. Answered all my pesky questions and never faltered, and followed up after the install to check everything was okay. Highly recommend!

Very happy with the carpet. A big investment but we chose a carpet with good warranties. Be aware with installation that you will need to do the clean-up yourselves which is a big job (broke our vac!). Also watch out for loose blades left behind if you have pets or young children. Previously we have used Carpet Court Mt Wellington and Flooring Xtra Warkworth and they were great at cleaning up after installation.

I had a terrible experience in this carpet company. Two years ago, I spent $15,999 on a carpet of 42 lineal meters. Before paying, they tell you that they have the best installer and guarantee that the carpet will not be coming off any hair. But the truth is not what they say. First of all, the installer quickly changed the carpet without the changing the underlay on my stairs while we were out for lunch. Secondly, he damaged my door and scratched the wall when working in my room. Third, they didn't design the carpet on the stairs correctly, and then they took the rest of my spare carpet to repair. Then, soon after the carpet was installed, the hair of carpet started coming out. This is entirely due to incorrect installation. When I informed the carpet court, the contractor came to the door and lifted the carpet, and found that a palm-sized carpet was repaired at the joint between the two carpets. And it can be seen from the bottom that the bottom of this palm-sized carpet is damaged. There are two suspicious factors: first, the installer did not stretch the carpet correctly, and then used the palm-sized carpet to repair it. Second, this carpet is incomplete, and there are missing corners for unknown reasons. This is the cause of the hair falling off further, even though they had a stretch repair. When I told them again that the issue of carpet had not been solved, a ridiculous thing happened. Their manager told me in the morning that it was the quality problem of carpet and I could claim for the warranty. But in the afternoon, he backed out. Then their boss came to the door and looked at the situation. He directly turned the problem to me and said that because we told them too late, there was no warranty. This is a very ridiculous and shameful statement. When I first informed them, the carpet came away only about one centimeter. One centimeter of shedding can be completely repaired, but the problem is that there is a palm-sized and damaged carpet in this position. The problem of fraying carpet now is precisely because of it. There is no such thing as missing the repair time because of too late notice. It is because they don't want me to claim the warranty that they make unreasonable accusations against me. They asked me to pay 485 to repair it. I would rather throw away the carpet in the near future than accept the payment. It's not about money, it's about not accepting their irresponsible, dishonest and shameful behavior. I am extremely disappointed in them!

Cannot speak highly enough of Carpet Court, Newmarket. Kevin was extremely helpful in helping us choose a suitable carpet. We decided on a Cavalier Carpet with a 120kg underlay. The whole package including lifting and disposing of the old carpet was very well priced and the end result excellent. Five Stars from me, we will use you again. Thank You.
