You went above and beyond for us which made the stressful transition go so smoothly. Great sense of humours, fast and efficient. Cannot fault you at all. Big thumbs up from us. Love my new carpet. But guys who laid carpet damaged my sons bedroom door and frame. They removed the door as the roll of carpet was to big to fit through the door way. Broke door frame and didn’t want to know about it once they were paid for the job. Very disappointed

Quoted $14,000 + for quick step flooring, I was told it was a special rate for me as I had already used them for carpet in the past and they had also done the quickstep flooring a number of years earlier for me, I was also on the "friends and family" rate!
I thought it a wise to get another quote - For the exact same flooring the new quote was a little over $8,000.
I did pop in and let them know prior to me doing this rating. That was 3 weeks ago and no explanation was offered and no follow up call - my advice is always get at least 2 quotes - and don't believe they are genuinely looking after you as a repeat customer.

Quoted 700 dollars for materials and close to 1500 for installing vinyl on our outdoor shed. Only 3m by 2m. Thought it was pretty expensive. Ended up buying self adhesive tiles and doing my self for 70 dollars!

Carpet court Pukekohe staff were very helpful offered samples to borrow and were quick at quoting unfortunately I went with another product but would highly recommend the team.

Didn't have what I was looking for, But the salesperson was most helpful in trying to get it right, good onya mate. See you again

Had a very rude staff member today not happy with the service at all.should be willing to help customers went into get a quote done all ready knew sizes and the carpet i wanted, wanted to buy through the pukekohe branch as they are local.older lady didn't want to hep one bit as she was by her self.told me i should go back to the carpert court i first got carpet from.will never shop at the pukekohe branch
