Agree with other reviews on here that we had a very bad experience around the communication and timing of our carpet install. The measurements for our wardrobes were left off of the plan so when the carpet was laid, it then took almost a year before the wardrobes were completed, especially as the job was rescheduled numerous times with frequent no-shows. Luckily we refused to pay the invoice until the job was completed.

We do like the carpet though and the install was done well. But probably not worth the hassle waiting that long for a small job.

Bought and installed good quality (recommended by store staff) three years ago. The carpet is as good as they claimed. The two stars are for that only. However the line between tiled area and carpeted area has become uneven now and so the tiled area is protruding above the carpeted area, which makes it a trip hazzard. I called the store multiple times to either honour their workmanship warranty or give a reasonable solution to the problem. It has been two months since the store staff promised to return with an answer, but nothing so far. I am very disappointed with this store's customer service

Wonderful experience with Carpet Court St Luke’s. We had David come to our place to assess the carpet for an insurance claim and he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Also great customer service in store.

Pretty bad from these guys, great comminication in pushing you to pay and accept the quote, but one you have paid it all turns terrible, takes weeks to reply to emails, they just come up with excuses of "its operations" that is at fault/ issue that just dont get resolved, and they dont turn up on time.

The carpet however is great, but the customer service & communication, Is terrible.it seems as they do not care once they have been paid.

I would suggest going else where.

Very helpful staff at St Lukes store and great installation team. Happy with the Bremworth wool carpet, good quality and minimal shedding.

This branch was soo easy to work with, communication was clear, picking carpet was very easy also installation was top quality. These guys do their best to help you with your situation and are pretty much straight forward. Highly recommend

Kayla and Greg were so helpful in carpet suggestions and taking samples home. Once I had decided on the carpet the measure and quote was fast and efficient. Really appreciated that they were able to bring the installation forward from what I previously had booked. Have used Carpet Court in Wellington and St Lukes. Very satisfied customer.

Adam had excellent product knowledge, the quote was produced really quickly, the service from sales through to installation (including comms from Jamie) was terrific. The installation is now complete and I'm very happy with the results.

The staff here are so incredibly friendly and helpful. The staff (a black hair woman working on Monday, didnt grab her name unfortunately: (but she definitely deserves praise for her customer service skills!) were so kind and communicative, explained a lot to me and definitely persuaded me to encourage mum to do up her room closet. This branch had a lot of options too, but i would go here simply for the excellent service!

Customer service terrible. Carpet layers arrived over 2 hours late today for a small carpet job. No phone call at any time from company to explain delay. When I finally got a hold of company representative, after at least an hour of waiting around, he immediately blamed workers even though, according to tradesmen, he schedules their work so they could never have arrived at the allocated time. The company rep said they would definitely arrive within 30 minutes however it was actually over an hour before they arrived. Absolutely no apology from rep either. At least carpet layers were apologetic, once they showed up, and it definitely wasnt even their fault. The actual carpet layers deserve 5 stars, as they did a great job.

We needed some curtains done for our rental property. The sales rep came out and took all the measurements and offered suggestions - seemed really good, but then we never heard from him again after that. I followed up with an email 5 days later to see when I could expect a quote but had no reply. Ended up going with another place.

Very good sale prices and helpful sales reps, but disappointing follow through - The issues were eventually remedied when we raised them though.
Despite us having paid a deposit, apparently sold our inventory to someone else, then had to scramble to find more to install on time. Rough and rushed install job initially, left blades everywhere, lots of edge damage. Stairs finished 3 weeks later. The installers were pleasant to deal with though.

Really good up front while we looked for options, helpful and knowledgeable. As soon as it went in, did not want to know us. Didn't reply to emails about the new tiles coming up for months and months. Finally got tiles replaced that were coming up, installers ground away parts of my new aluminium sliding door taking the old ones up, and now the new tiles are turning yellow. Emailed again to ask why they were turning yellow, again, no response. Escalated to manager, no response. It's been 6 weeks.

A great team to work with, particularly as the premises were unoccupied and we live out of Auckland. Max was great to deal with and replied very quickly to any queries I had.
