A very professional repair job after a major renovation, saving me replacing all of the carpet. An excellent clean of a light coloured, heavily soiled carpet. The repair man was very pleasant. I will be recommending and will be using again.

I called on the services of Carpet Repairs to do a repair job on a carpet tread. Our carpet is quite worn and the cat decided to scratch it until holes appeared.with the help of Jackson (a lovely young man) from Carpet Repairs we now have a lovely stair tread minus the holes. I used Carpet Repairs to have my rugs, carpets and couches cleaned and they did an absolutely fantastic job. The couches look like new. They were quick and professional. Definitely recommend them.

Andrew did a masterful job replacing a piece of carpet in the storage area under our stairs. The carpet was badly stained as a result of overflowed gutters years ago. We supplied the replacement and you can't discern the piece replaced from the other carpet. It was repaired in bad light and so Andrew's skill is even more praiseworthy.

On top of that they also sourced the replacement carpet which is great. Reasonably priced, with great customer service - quick response to my enquiry, quote delivery and service booking. From start to completion Luke provided us with outstanding service. CARE Waitakere is a Charitable Trust providing a variety of social services to people in the community who are disadvantaged. Our old hallway carpet was disintegrating. Luke gave us great advice and an excellent quote (much less than others) He found us and exact match for the carpet. He waiting patiently until we received funding from the Waitakere Licencing Trust and helped us by laying it on a Saturday so there would be no disruption to clients. His friendly carpet layers did an outstanding job and people are commenting on the difference. Highly recommended!
