From admin, to the carpet layers and in the home consultant; Carpet Surgeons were awesome to deal with. All highly professional and coutreous at all times. Comunication was outstanding. Would highly recmmend this company to deal with in future.

Carpet Surgeon did a great job at cleaning our carpets and sofa recently. They arrived very promptly and did a very professional job - I'm amazed they got stains out of my carpet that I'd been unable to myself. They also fixed a couple of areas of carpet that our cats had damaged. All for a very competitive price. Would absolutely use them again or recommend to others.

Removing stains by patching the carpet: This is the second time I've used these guys. If you think it's impossible. Think again. I can't believe the patch was virtually unnoticeable. How the hell he did this, I have no idea. If you don't have any carpet to replace your stain, don't worry, these guys are incredibly creative and will use something from another location in your house.

All comms with Carpet Surgeon have been prompt. The service received was really great. The work Nick did was quick, and was really nice and friendly. Would definately use them again.

Carpet Surgeon successfully removed makeup foundation from carpet that had been set in for weeks (spilt during nz lockdown). I would highly recommend this service. Other carpet cleaners had told me it wouldn't be possible to remove.

We contacted Carpet Surgeon a few weeks back to get a quote to screw down the floor boards, remove & relay the carpets including new underlay (added to that was moving all the furniture from the rooms) and steam-clean the carpets for the whole upper floor, 4 bedrooms and the hallway. A couple of weeks later Carpet Surgeon allocated boys to the job. Rory arrived at 8am, Patrick arrived soon after, then Benji and Huston. I have not seen such team-work among tradies for a long time, it was amazing to see them working until late in the afternoon. The quality of workmanship was superb. It was the best decision that I made to engaged them for the job. Well done boys, 5 stars. I need to add to this review Mercia, the Office Manager who was excellent in communicating with us throughout.

If your driving a sign written car do not drive like an idiot! Was very close to having a head on because you couldn't sit in line for 5 minutes like every other commuter!
