An entire flat was given to them for floor coverings including carpet, tiles and flooring and it was perfect! Inexpensive, good quality of the product and service, will be taking my next project to them as well.

From beginning to end, our recent visit from Carpet Call was a dream. Pete came in and estimated the job with ease and familiarity, making us feel very safe and secure in his hands. The guys came in quickly, quietly and efficiently replaced our outdated and dangerous carpet on the stairs leaving a safe, clean and soft environment for us to rest our precious toes!

We were recommended to use Carpet Call Manukau and we were very glad that we did. Peter visited us to measure and show us samples very promptly. His quote was acceptable. Unfortunately Covid hit the team and there was a delay. But when the boys recovered we found them very respectful and capable. Thanks team.

Great communication, excellent knowledge. The finished install looks great. A no fuss, no nonsense approach, Peter went out of the way to help us sort last minute changes. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Very disappointed this time. We have used this company previously to do repairs. In fact we bought the carpet from them and love it. So when we wanted to reinstall it in our newly purchased house, we rang. This time we got a guy, supposedly the owner who thought he knew better than us about what we wanted. I left clear instructions but he rang me at work to bully me about what he thought looked better and refused, point blank, to do as I requested. It wasn't so much the suggestions he made but it was the demanding attitude of superiority. The workmanship was rough, puckered and a hole was left unmended. I also noticed dirty hand marks all over the freshly painted walls.
I immediately called carpet repairers who came promptly and fixed up the mess. They laughed when they saw the shoddy job they were fixing! And they could not completely do as I had asked due to joins etc but they were a pleasure to deal with and offered alternative ideas in a civil and unchallenging manner.
Don't get me wrong, we still love this carpet. It's durable, easy to clean, great colour and looks as good as new after about 6 years or longer. But this guy needs a lesson in listening to his customers and leaving the installation to experts!

We had the most amazing experience dealing with Peter. Carpet call have installed carpet in both my houses. Peter provided us with the best quality carpet at very good prices. He ensured that the installation process went perfectly. Highly recommend their services. I will definitely go back to them for my next renovation project.

The finished result for our new school building is very professional! Peter was awesome to work with. Peter and his team were amazing! They made the process extremely fast and easy, the first day peter came around he quoted us on the spot for new carpet and underlay, his price was incredibly lower than all the other companies we had contacted. He had a wonderful range of high quality man made carpets and we were able to choose the perfect carpet for our home. Peter was able to fit in our house within that week and his team completed the shop to the highest quality in less than 2 days! His team was extremely helpful with moving our furniture, extremely kind and extremely efficient. After they completed the job it was evident that Peter has many years of experience in flooring!
