I would avoid this place at all costs
went to check a sound on my left front tires.they said its the break pad and wanted to get it replaced (it was replaced a year ago i am sure it has more life than that). Once that was done the sound persisted so i told them to look between the break pad to see it was a stone chip.so, made me replace the break pad for nothing.and to top this off, my right head light was not working. The issue was the connector so to replace it the whole front bumper had to be removed which they said could take 2 hours ish.they figured this out while as the replace bulb didnt work. I didnt have 2 hours on a working day to get it done so, I told i will come back another day. But this dude somehow made the bulb go into the the headlight cavity.now there was a bulb dangling on the cavity which was impossible to take out without removing the front bumper (now i feel like this they did it purposely to make me get the bumper removed at that point itself and get the connector changed). I had no option but to let them remove the bumper and forcefully pay 200+ for that along with replacing the connector. And here comes the sugar coating.they messed up the connections of the connecter and my beamer doesnt work on that side and only the normal lights work. I can use it for day to day work without a beamer.and if i need to use the beamer it would look like a pirate as the left side beamer would only work.

All in all incompetent workers.and would never recommend.hopefully you save your car by reading this!

Called in unannounced for WOF. CO delegated someone to attend to immediately. Great service.

Used Grab One voucher to get front brake pads serviced. Then asked to get bushes done too. He did it happily. Thanks for a great experience. I would recommend.

Absolutely a Rip off company. I bought a grabone deal for WOF and basic servicing for 129. He did wof and says we have to pay extra 80 bucks fo servicing. Didn't do any basic servicing. Please DO NOT use them or buy any voucher for them.

Had front disc pads replaced with a grabone voucher. Very prompt service from the boss and the staff. Job done within half an hour. I recommend this firm.

Very pleased with Cartronics - my family and I will use again.
Owner will go the extra "kilometer" - even drove me a few "kilometers" along the road while the 2 hour service was in place.

The guy at the front entrance was super friendly and professional, I needed my lights fixed and it got repaired in just minutes! They kept checking up one me in the waiting to room to make sure things were running smooth, they kept calm and collective at all times when they kept coming back, overall the performance of these men, were simply "perfect" These guys here at "CARTRONICS ONEHUNGA" will not disappoint! Consider this feedback as your own satisfaction, I am not usually one to brag about someone's customer service but today "CARTRONICS ONEHUNGA" made me a happy man and customer

WARNING! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OVER THERE! I called them 15mins before I go, got there and been told they can't do it today! What a liar! How can you run your busniess like that? ! Waste of my time. WILL NEVER GO BACK!

Purchase a grab one voucher and the service was OK just had to pay an extra for the front wheel, love that you can get the full service plus wof but I forgot to ask for the receipt to see what was actually topped as it was very hard and fast

My 2nd time and had my service, transmission oil, WOF and a little bit of work done for WOF all done at a fair quoted price and on time. I can recommend Cartronics. Will be back again.

Bought $59 grabone voucher for service & WOF. Charged extra costs upon booking and also after WOF check. Rip off, steer clear.

If you want an incompetent auto electrician and want to be charged more than quoted, use these guys. Mickey mouse.

Not recommended. Booked and received an email confirmation but when I got to the store I was informed that they were fully booked and would not be possible to do the WOF. Why have an online booking if they will not be able to handle it?

I went to the shop to replace brake pads. The guys in the shop were very friendly and helpful. The job was completed very fast and price was very competitive. Thanks.

The team at Cartronics are amazing! As a new resident here in Auckland I’m happy to have found a wee gem to use as my regular mechanic! Bought a cheap deal for car service n wof from grab one no customer service staff in office had to look around garage to attend then mechanic told me come back after an hour serviced started after about 15 mins wait then told me can do wof same day come after weekend on monday 9am was there another mechanic person who does warrant not there they than gave car to another garage 2 shops away that guy after about 45 mins did wof finally done not reliable customer service
