We used Cartune for the first time today after finding them via a web search. You dream of finding a company like this to look after your car needs. Friendly, witty, caring, and nothing is a problem. Their mindset is to get the job done NOW and to charge the LEAST amount of money. The owner of the business is right there leading an eager and earnest team by example. Thank you very much.

Used to go here for my WoF but there always seemed to be some fairly costly repairs they needed to carry out and I wasn't always certain they were necessary. I stopped going after one WoF when they said the windshield wipers needed to be replaced but I'd replaced them myself 2 weeks prior and on hearing that the owner took a look at them himself and told me that actually they were ok.

Excellent, friendly and trustworthy garage. I wasn’t sure what was wrong with my car and they had a look, gave me free advice and a plan to sort the issue. I will definitely be using these guys for all of my services and repairs from now on! Thank you!:)

So impressed with Cartune. Their service is great and prices are very reasonable. Been to a few places over the years and now won't go anywhere else but Cartune. They do great work. Special shoutout to Craig and Andrew. Thanks for fixing what we thought was unfixable.

Went in for a wof a few weeks ago and had the best experience. If you call up and there is a wait to get seen it’s worth the wait! My car had it’s service and was repaired ready for me to collect in a couple of hours. The staff were friendly, genuine and honest. I was called to check the price, which was reasonable. I’ve definitely found my mechanic for all future work.

I went in on a Saturday to ask if I could get my battery and alternator tested to see which wasn't working. Within an hour (and a free coffee courtesy of Car Tune) I was back on the road with a new fan belt and a charged battery/ A+ service, highly recommend!

Was the best mechanics I've come across in years, booked in, dropped car off and few hours later was ready to pick up. Nice friendly service. Would recommend this place to any1.

While visiting Auckland, my Volvo had a mechanical breakdown, AA roadside diagnose the problem, tow truck delivered to the closest garage, they ordered the part, and in Covid LD level 3 fixed! On road back to Wellington!

Have been going to Cartune for many years now, and it can take up to an hour to get to the workshop. Not only is Craig a pure pleasure to deal with, but his friendliness, honesty and good old school values go a long way. I do not have a single bad word to say about Craig, his team and their work, and will always be loyal to people and businesses who care and take the time for a chat. Good communication over email and phone. Friendly in person and costs came in under what they quoted. Would use them again for more work.

The best customer service. Really friendly and accommodating. Also saved me over $800 on what I had been previously quoted. I won't go anywhere else now.
