Always a welcome with great food and good wine list. Cosy round tables or the larger ones for a family, friendly and warm, we love it.

Food very small portion considering price, not impressed by quality. I hate it when young people address you with Hi guys! And continues calling you guys. I am a woman and of a certain age. What is wrong with sir and madam.

Party of 12. All meals served promptly and everyone satisfied.
We eat here regularly and have never been disappointed.

My son had a beef burger, which he said was good; my husband had the lamb shank tagine - which he enjoyed. I also had the tagine, but while the flavour was good, & some of the meat was fall-off the bone tender, there were bits as tough & dry as blotting paper. Maybe they were sticking out of the fluids while it was cooking. My main reason for giving the 2 stars was the service. It was after 3pm on Mother's Day, BUT inside, there were only 6 other customers. There were 5 of us, & we were seated straight away. We were then ignored for 20mins. I flagged a waitress down finally, who clarified the menu, then went. 15mins later, my husband went to the counter to get someone to take our orders. Our meals didn't take too long to come, but having finished, again we were ignored - even when we were the only clients in the restaurant. We never got asked if we wanted drinks, how were our meals? , or even sitting ANOTHER 20mins after finishing, whether we wanted dessert, coffee etc. Staff were wandering around clearing & resetting tables, going past, but not even looking to check we were ok. They must be making far too much money if they can ignore customers like this!

Called in late afternoon for a drink and a snack. The food was pretty good but the service was terrible. The staff all congregated at some tables in the restaurant and sat there eating and talking.
A man who was possibly the owner served us and was very abrupt and unfriendly, and then joined the staff and got in an argument with another staff member. The whole thing played out in front of us and all the staff behaved as tho they were in a staff room and yet they were in the restaurant.

The owner was so kind. He was very polite and welcoming and it was a great dining experience. The food was great and the service was amazing. 5 stars. Thank you.

Great setting and service however glass of wine $21, hamburger and chips $23, too expensive for what I recieved.

Food is average but I expected more leaves in salad than all deep fried stuff.anyway they changed the menu from time to time and yet to find my favorite dish.pricey place/ no staff to come around topping up our water

The food was good. The service manager an absolute muppet. We reserved a table for 30+ people to celebrate my birthday and he absolutely ruined it. The service was shoddy, orders were mixed up and he couldn’t even split the bill in the end! Overcharged for some dishes that we didn’t even order. Should have told us when booking that he will not be able to manage such a big group and dietary requirements. Terrible experience and ruined my birthday. Who charges $4 per child for a small paper for kids to colour in? None of us will be back. Very disappointed.

The food was great. Services was rather average. We had to ask the waitress to come over as they were busy congregating. We came the day before anniversary weekend and ordered some snacks (chips and a dish to share). At no point in time we were told that there was going to be any surcharge, which ended up to be $3 per person - yes that includes our 2 year old son. Very disappointed so will not come again. Such a shame.

Thank you for taking time to respond to my review. We visited on 31 Jan (yesterday, just moments before I left the review). We're fine with 2.5% surcharge on public holidays, understanding that you will need to pay additional staff. However I don't quite understand how we've ordered $30 worth of food (being an eggplant dish and a beer + chips special combo), resulted $3 additional charge per person (including our 2 year old son) - we thought a $9 surcharge on $30 worth of food was rather excessive. If we didn't order enough food which you will charge extra, I would expect the waitress to inform us prior, so that we can make decisions. Appreciate if you could look into this as this is not a good look for other customers who may have similar experience as us.

Thank you again for taking time to investigate into our issue. Yes that was our table but we clearly remember ordering from the entre section, not the main. The order must have been misunderstood. To be fair, we don't visit often enough to know the difference in terms of portion sizes, other than what was delivered was an eggplant dish. Thanks for clarifying this. We will come back some other time.

It was some of the best Mediterranean food I have ever eaten! The portion sizes were really big and everything tasted incredible, highly recommend! Also make sure you get their lemonade, it was so delicious.

We've been to other Casablanca restaurants and they've been fine.
But we went as a group for brunch and it was a disaster. It took 1.5 hours to get all we ordered. A couple of bits of bacon and hollumi took 50 minutes. Most of the dishes weren't what was on the menu. 2 dishes came without fruit, we were told it because it was past the breakfast time. Although we ordered well before breakfast finished. Manager then told off waitresses for accepting breakfast orders late - which wasn't true. We were offered something else for free, but we had to have takeaway as we'd been parked more than 2hrs, and that turned out to be a few limp leaves and olives in a dressing. Will be avoiding in future.

As soon as we entered we were greeted by a very friendly waiter who sat us down in a corner booth, made us feel welcome and promptly gave us our order. The service was efficient and this hungry lad loved the steak skewers! The whole group thoroughly enjoyed our time there, will definitely come again

Food was ok. A little bland for our liking but we like spicy. Would come again as it was nice and fresh. Lamb was nicely cooked.

The name of Casablanca made me think it was Spanish but it offers a wide arrangement of Mediterranean cuisines. The Greek Meatballs I had were done perfectly and my friends pizza was excellent too! Have taken some home to eat as well!

Did take a while for the food to come out but once it did, we didn't regret it!

Food was good but TERRIBLE service. Took an hour and a half for our food to come and the food looked like it could have been put together in 5 minutes. General manager hanging around was absolutely useless.

Casablanca is a handily located cafe with good service. I found their food good, but relatively expensive for the quality and quantity.

We had Chicken and the lamb tangine, such great dishes, beautiful flavours, definitely recommend

Great mediterranean food. We've been faithfully coming to Casablanca for over 7 years now. It's now my daughter's favourite restaurant. Thank you for all the great food, drinks, and times together.
