36 Took my car in to see what was wrong with it (the battery was drained), and they diagnosed the problem right away after dropping it off.
The price was more than reasonable. Another place charged me way out of the price range. They are a bit busy so would recommend to take your car in when they open up. I would recommend this business to anyone.

Very friendly customer service, dropped the car in around 9: 30am in the morning for flashing airbag light issue, helped to fit in a genuine part, car was ready for collection around 2: 50pm on the same day, very efficient, well done and thank you very much.
I was instructed to go there to find out why the inverter wasn't working on my work truck. They took a look at it, worked out exactly what was wrong and fixed it within a few minutes.

Their honesty is very impressive. My car had some tricky electrical problem that occurred now and then. They failed to detect the fault at the end of the day, and so explained to me about the situation in an honest way, suggesting me to have a try at Mercedes service center. They did not charge me a cent although they spent some time on diagnosis of my car. This is a business who takes their reputation and honesty very seriously. I like those guys and will definitely go back when my car has other electrical problem in future. Wishing them all the best!
