Bill Wu's service attitude and work attitude are very serious and responsible. So we bought a lot of furniture, and the detailed design of the furniture is also very good. But the boss should add one or two more employees, especially on weekends, one employee is really busy But I came here and explained it while issuing orders and handling and packaging. It was very hard work.

Nana Kitchen Island The team at Catchers were fantastic from my very first query to the delivery of my kitchen island. The item itself is a great piece of furniture that fits perfectly in my kitchen and again, when I had questions on attaching the countertop, they were quick and helpful. Did I mention this did NOT come flatpack? The only thing I had to do was attach the countertop! Love it! Thanks Catchers

I recently had a bit of a disagreement, not with the shop, but the carrier. Fortunately the shop sorted it out to my satisfaction. Very pleased with the display in the shop and the affordable prices and would shop there again

Very sturdy desk, with a high quality feel and look. Took a bit of assembly, nothing too major. Though definitely need a powered drill as nothing is pre-drilled or marked (I was warned).

Comfy, high quality, easy to assemble.

Walked into the show room in the morning & had my entertainment unit in my lounge by 1.30pm on the same day. Love that it is pre assembled, no mucking round with annoying flat packs, excellent service & Bill was very polite & helpful. Love my new unit. Highly recommend this store.

UPDATE: Not a great experience by any stretch of the imagination but they have paid back the money that was double charged. I’m hoping that this experience helps them to improve their processes in future.

REVIEW: They owe me a refund after charging me twice, and even though they were urgently going to sort it a week has gone by and no word.

But that is just one of a series of problems with this company.

I purchased and paid via their website for the four desks (white & wood). The payment sat pending in my account for a week, then they sent me an email saying I needed to pay via bank transfer or my order would be cancelled. I explained that I had paid via their website and would not pay while there was still payment pending on my account, therefore risking double payment.
The pending payment then disappeared briefly, so I made the payment thinking everything was now sorted.

Booked a pick up time as advised but when I turned up they only had one desk out, even though I’d ordered four. Their team then ran around for 15mins only to advise me that due to an ‘inventory error’, they only had two desks. I needed four so was forced to take the black (which I didn’t really want) but I needed them urgently and was left with no choice.

And now the clincher of the complete debarcle that is that a week later they took an unauthorized payment of $899 out of my account.

As soon as I realised this had happened I called them and was assured that the money would be refunded straight away and I’d receive confirmation of this. It’s been a week and nothing.

I bought a white bookcase from Catchers 3 years ago which slowly yellowed and over the last year the entire bookcase has peeled with a papery layer slowly coming off. It doesn't sit in direct sunshine so not sure what has caused this. Apart from that they were very good with delivery and when one shelf sagged they promptly sent an additional upright to fix the problem free of charge. The cost and shape were good but 3 years on it looks pretty sad.

Update: The picture shows what happened all over the bookcase, we ended up painstakingly peeling off most of the delamination but some parts didn't come off and it doesn't look good nor should have peeled in the first place. We didn't tape onto it.

Yes i brought a entertainment unit that extends to 3metres and has good design a very good price.
i had been searching for a while and also brought marble coffee table and 5 drawer tallboy and a well made bedside 2 door cabinet.

Not sure how we came to know of Catchers - but, I am so glad we found them. Last year we ordered, & installed, 5 bookcases which were very well made & well priced, simply the best around at the time. We were so satisfied with Catchers product that we have just placed another order for a bookcase/desk for my Art Room - which we eagerly await the arrival of. A good company to deal with, and I can highly recommend.

The bookcase I ordered was not of the quality I expected, and the description provided no photos of the back which was was unpainted and stapled. However, communication and delivery were prompt.

We were very happy with our purchases from Catchers. Ordered a shoe rack, and then were so impressed with the service and product bought two bookshelves. Prices were very reasonable considering the quality.
Bill was so helpful and organised an alternative delivery service when the initial delivery people let us down. KN Carriers were excellent - so quick and really understood how to get items to an upper floor.

Great selection, extremely friendly and helpful staff, and comparably reasonable prices. We've bought from here three times, and it has always gone smoothly. You occasionally have to wait for the stock to arrive, but it's worth it. Good quality too!

Really happy with the three pantries we bought. They look stylish, are well built, at a good price. Bill was clear and helpful with ordering what we were after, and the guys at the warehouse pick up are fantastic, helping us carry, and making sure we were OK to go. Recommend!

Purchased shoe shelves and am very happy withe styling, quality and price. Service was very efficient including arranging for delivery and carrying the shelves upstairs.
