Awesome service from the very first enquiry. We needed an old heatpump removed and new one installed. Got several quotes from around auckland and these guys came in from $300 to $1000 difference for the same model.
Very happy with our new heat pump and would definitely recommend and will use this company for future servicing.

Top Quality professional install at a very good price. (There seems to be a few greedy companies around at the moment). So if your getting a few quotes don't leave CB Aircons off your list.

I called the CB Air again to install the heat pumps for the house. The quote was reasonable and Elaine from the office gave few options for the payment too.
The installation was done within a week and the installation guys are very professional and punctual. The entire team is very easy to deal with. It's a please to deal with Elaine too. I have got CB Air's service 3 times so far. You won't be disappointed.

The team from CB are fantastic. Their customer service is second to none with great communication and follow-up. We bought a heat pump where the manufacturer was running a promotion for cash back. The team at CB emailed us after install to remind us not to miss out getting our redemption in as cut off was due in 4 days. Now thats service for you!

We got recommended CB AirCons and we were not disappointed, the guy doing the quote was very informative and gave a few options to think about, rung and locked in the quote in 4 weeks time (busy time of year) and they called us after 2 weeks saying that had a cancelation and we grabbed that appointment!

Guy that came to install was great to deal with also and he was ON TIME, yes you heard that right he came when he said he would! Install was quick, tidy and we are extremely happy with our AirCon.

Great service from this company from the first phone call. Just had ducted air con installed and noticed a difference with in 10 minutes. The installers knew the product well and were very patient when it came to deciding on vent placement. Highly recommended company.

Great service, quick to get in and quote, got us booked in as soon as they could, lovely friendly staff that installed 2 units in my massage clinic.
Would highly recommend CB Air cons again, and would use again myself. I was also able to use my CC to pay, (with a 2.85% surcharge which I was happy to) so I can pay them off in my own time.

Right from the start this was easy. They quoted very quickly and had a full breakdown. They gave me two options to choose from which were very affordable. After choosing they booked a time to do.the technician turned up spot on time, he told me what he was going to do and discussed any other items. Fantastic experience from start to finish. I'm a research nut so found the best deal online including installation for the floor mounted 6.8 model. CB Air Cons was the best deal. Booked them in, then Ronald came around and fitted it perfectly with no hassles and even set up wifi control on my phone.

I recently had 2 CB Air Con Staff both polite and well presented, come and clean 2 of my Heat Pumps.
The price was very reasonable and the service went way beyond what other firms had come and done. I was shocked that for the past 10 years I have had below performing companies service my Head Pumps and charge me more than CB Air. One company had just cleaned the filters and outside area. CB did a full maintenance of the interior Heat Pumps, removing the outer casing, and interior working for cleaning. I Highly recommend this company above any others. Thanks Jan Strong
