34I order most of my pottery products from CCG. I have always gotten good service. Their customer service is great and they are knowledgeable about their products. I recommend them! I wish they had a store front tin Whangarei.
The apron has no pockets and is quite thin and not very generous in size. I feel like i will still get very dirty wearing it. I think it is overpriced.

CCG is the the best ceramics supplyer in Auckland. They have most anything you will need and if they don't have what you want, they'll probably get it for you.

I purchase a lot of my pottery glaze from CCG, and it gets delivered all the way to Perth, Western Australia within 3 days! Amazing! Delivery within Australia takes up to 2 weeks!

Amazing supplier! Flat rate shipping, almost all of my orders have only taken 2 working days to arrive to Australia! Super impressed, they even tape up their glazes if they think it’ll spill. So much variety of stock! The best glaze and ceramic tool supplier around. Only wish their humm and Afterpay extended to Australian customers.

Haven't used the kiln yet, but really happy with the service. Bryan delivered and unboxed everything on site, which he didn't have to do, but was really appreciated.
Rhys does not accept any responsibility for items once they leave their warehouse and stated as such. I was told I was to negotiate delivery with the company CCG had contracted to deliver my kiln. Despite CCG contracting the delivery company to deliver CCG items they incorrectly assume it is not their concern what happens as soon as they dispatch it. I think that CCG should be aware of consumer law and take an interest in their customer’s concerns when a $6000 item doesn’t arrive on time, or even within a few days of ETA. They would rather believe that the delivery company has been inconvenienced and not get involved when the customer asks where the item is because the delivery company’s tracking gives zero useful information.
I hope it is a great kiln. CCG Auckland and Rhys are disappointing to deal with. If you are spending this amount of money I would go to a firm who give customer service.
