CCS Disability Action - Royal Oak Branch reviews
8Absolute number one customer service. The young lady at the counter was very polite, friendly, and most helpful. I was basically giving up on NZ customer services when this young lady reminded me of the good old days. Great job keep it up.
A pleasant drive going there. The staff member that served me, had a happy disposition, great service.
Fantastic thanks to everyone at C. C. S Disability Action for going that extra mile to help their clients who all have diverse backgrounds and needs. Wonderful, Caring staff
Was fast and efficient. Receptionist was friendly and very helpful, great customer service.
Man, what an amazing office space, helpful, knowledgeable, and my favorite! Kind, a real decent human being.
So grateful for the wonderful customer service I received when I applied for a disabilty sticker while waiting for a hip operation. The people who attended to my application were so gracious, kind and helpful. They were able to answer my questions and reminded me about the wait time before receiving the sticker. After my operation I had to extend the disability time on my sticker and again received the same consideration. Thankyou to the amazing team who cared for me in such a respectful and professional way. I will always be thankful and grateful for your part in my recovery. Thankyou!
Great front line staff who know what they are doing. As the visit was to get a disability parking card the process was smooth. Although we had not been warned in advance about the price and as people must show photo I. D. It's hard on people from pukekohe or meremere or hurt etc to get there. This could be feedback for service improvement. Plenty of parking when I went and a quick and easy process.
The service could have been better, I'm sure about that! Especially the receptionist. As this is a charity organisation, I don't want to be too harsh and has worded my review ultra-carefully.
