9[edit Aug 2023] Polynesian woman at counter tried pushing $bagged$ garden mix over the metre loose that I needed; when I stated I wanted the loose stuff she ended up loading compost on my trailer instead of garden mix. Watch her. One star deducted.
I bought a huge amount of supposedly “premium” garden mix and the entire lot is infested with mites! They’ve completely run rampant through my garden and customer service has then ghosted me! I followed up twice and now they’re refusing to reply. Absolutely astounded at the quality and the service for the price paid. Go somewhere, anywhere else!
Have been to the Sylvia park branch several times. The staff have been fast and efficient, prices have been good, products are comparable in quality to the other sources I have used
Awesome service, staff is always happy to help and discuss options, good prices. And last time we place a big order they offered us same day deliver!

Just called into collect builders mix along with cement and topsoil. Was interigated regarding the use of the trailer by (who I'm guessing are employees) as owner operators shouldn't swear at customers, ever. Very rude and I walked out. I would not reccommend, most Central landacape supplies are good but as they're owned independantly I would avoid Mt Wellington at all costs.
Same as the previous comment. Brought some fire wood, except I specifically asked if it was cured and ready to burn, the answer was yes. I have chopped the wood down to kindling size and it still doesn't burn
Bought some firewood. Staff were very helpful and the free loan trailer was great, but the wood hasn't been seasoned so can't be burnt this year. To be fair, we didn't specifically ask whether it was, but I think it's reasonable to expect to have been told the moisture content is >40%.
