Sunrise has been our property manager since our first investment property. They have been professional and always look after both the landlords and the tenants. They ensure rent is collected timely and ensure the quality of tenants selected is good and reasonable before recommending the property is rented out. We would highly recommend them.
Really bad experience with one of property manager Kevin. Worst customer service ever. They just wasted our 2 weeks by delaying decision and finally he said, sorry i have too pass on. This is disgusting. You should inform to your clients that they gonna get it or no. Don’t delay for next week, next Monday, this evening, tomorrow morning. That disappoints coz we don’t have enough time to find another house. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
