Staff had to be reminded multiple times to send me a quote for panelbeating and paint work. Even then they kept forgetting to send me a quote and I went elsewhere after waiting for a few weeks of being told “it will be with you tomorrow afternoon”. Very disappointed given that I thought ceramic pro was one of the best in Auckland.
