We have no hesitation in recommending Alvin and the Certified Home Extensions team for a successful building experience and a high quality results. Special shout out to Emily that always keep us up to date on the various projects.

This was our first time renovating a house and we chose CHE because they provide a full service. We extended our lounge, added another bedroom, ensuite and enlarged a small bedroom, full install of double glazed windows and reroofing. CHE gave us heaps of building advice, helped with the design process, liaised with council, arranged tradies to complete the project and helped us to transform our house as close to our vision as possible. They also provided an overall quote which was very helpful for budgeting and arranging finance. As with any building project, I would recommend closely checking that everything proposed is what you are wanting and ask lots of questions to make sure you are getting what you expect. CHE have always been friendly and helpful but perhaps clear communication about issues that arise and changes to plans could be an area they could work on. Overall we are very happy with the finished result.

We used Alvin and the team for our renovation. Adding an en suite, laundry, total makeover of existing bathroom, opening up the kitchen /dinning/ and living area, adding bifold doors to the deck, and bifold windows in the kitchen and also a complete re roof.
All through the construction we stayed in the house. (with a 3 year old and 8 month old)
Sure there were times when the kids brought piles of sawdust into the house to play with, but overall the job was done to a high standard and Alvin and Emily always treated us as their number 1 priority. (We mustve caused them a few headaches with some of the changes we made along the way.)
Alvin is a man of integrity and without hesitation would recommend him to anyone looking to renovate.

Booked a consultation and received a pre-consultation gift pack via courier, complete with a couple of complimentary coffee sachets and chocolates- which was a nice touch. So all the early signs of promise were there but it was all for nothing as the consultant was a no show. But hey, got a free chocolate.

From first meeting with Alvin when he arrived – early – for our first appointment, I was impressed with the enthusiasm, energy, leadership and “can do “ attitude that he brought to our build. Once started, the rate of progress was astonishing and the inevitable obstacles overcome – equally inevitable were moments of question or concern and once more, Alvin's approach to customer care would put some big renovation companies to shame.
