First home buying is scary enough, let alone building it off plans. However, everyone we met from the Chancellor Team was amazing, professional and helped us through the project with class and ease. Such a pleasure to work with the team and we cannot recommend them enough. Their work is lovely and we love our new home.

Not happy that their building crews in westgate seem to think they are above the law working outside of council consented hours, hammering and drilling well into the night, leaving rubbish everywhere totally unprofessional and disrespectful in a residential area

This was my first time having a house built and I was a little nervous about it at the start, but I was quickly put at ease because chancellor were so professional and easy to work with.
So what impressed me the most was the speed and quality of the build. So i wanted it to be finished before Christmas and they actually finished it in only 4 and a half months. And now that it's built I'm very impressed with the quality, everything is very well made and it passed the council inspection with flying colours.
Another thing i was very impressed with was the excellent communication and professional staff. If i had any questions Vonni and Jennifer would answer within an hour, even if it was at 11 at night, it was so good because i felt i could rely on them.
And I've decided i will use chancellor again for my next house next year because they are a very good price for excellent quality and i can rely on them.
