High recommend this place. Great service and hospitality. The staff is very friendly.
Made awesome memories during my private event and would come back again and do it again. The manager is awesome and friendly to deal with.

The waiter was extremely friendly and helpful. The food was good. The restaurant was not clean though. There was food on the chairs and tables. The toilets were very potent and clearly haven't been cleaned. It's an easy fix and I'm sure with a thorough clean regularly the reviews will go up.

Awesome service and staff is really good specially kuldeep, he always approaches in a good way and we really love his service specially in hookaa service.

Only one bathroom which had a repulsive odour and was very messy: (staff weren't very friendly or seemed to care about any of their patrons. The place is unfortunately obsolete but, with attention, has potential.

I can't recommend this place at all.

Great place for dinner as food was quite good! We had a voucher which made the prices more acceptable! Great place for sisha outdoors or eating inside, was a little cold while visiting and know that Friday and weekends are quite popping

Place; quiet, like cul de sac, neat. The food, magnificent; lots if beautiful flavours, presentation perfect, and yes, the servings; truly generous. The service and team awesome! Highly recommend the place!

Chancery bistro is awesome place to hang out and to chill. Shisha and service from Revenge was awesome. Recommend place.

They have introduced a new range of flavors and reduced the waiting time marginally.
Ask for Bang Bang sbisha flavour from Rivu. Smooth, with legit kick.

My GO-TO place to hang out and chill around in CBD.

Must visit for anyone looking for a quality time.

Disappointingly small portions. Even after I asked the waitress which dishes would fill a hungry stomach. The food was good and well presented, but don't go there if you're hungry. Not worth the price. And the employees sit down to overfull plates of food at the table next to you! Not nice guys. Would not return

We went here on a Grab One deal. The choices were very limited and the food pretty average. Service was friendly and efficient. Wouldn't come here again

Vibrant atmosphere specially for the evenings, awesome service and great place shisha. & for a catch up with friends. Would recommend to anyone & definitely will visit when we are back for Auckland trip again.

The worst restaurant ever! The manager should be arrested for public endangerment. The health licence rating is an E! The bathroom has third world hygiene. The manager was rude. My steak was over cooked my sons hawaian pizza had no pineapple. This place is so dodgy it made my skin crawl, it needs to be shut down. Yuk.

Myself and 2 friends went for a late night meal on Friday the 28th Dec 2018. I ordered a "pulled" lamb burger. Pretty disappointed to say the least when a generic burger turned up with a generic pattie.when I questioned waiter regarding lack of pulled lamb he said that is how they serve pulled burgers. Pretty disappointing. Don't advertise somethings as pulled when it's clearly a patty. 20buks later and no sign of reimbursement

Terrible place! Waited over 1 hour for breads and dips then another 40 mins for our meals! Rude staff! We were given a short spirts glass with 2 small straws for a beer when we asked for a glass for the beer! No one knew what they were doing there!

Slow service, taking over 10 mins to get a glass of wine, despite the place being nearly empty. When my food arrived it was cold. Beef cheeks were good, but quite a bit of fat on the meat.
The food itself was nice, but they need to pick up their game with customer service and speed.

Food was extremely average, service worst I've experienced in Auckland for a long time. Offer $15 lunch special but need an hour and half as it takes over an hour to get your order.
