Great product with a team that can explain exactly what unit you need to charge your vehicle. There’s a lot of nonsense out there and this guys cut right through it. I now feel 100% I made the right purchase decision.

Don't buy the Wallbox, they are totally unreliable, and there is no help from anyone (at Wallbox the company) when things go wrong.

Poor product and rude service
Purchased a portable charge master classic. It stopped working and the fault light was on. My pregnant wife returned it to the store. We charge the car under a carport. The manger told my wife that these units aren't to used outside! Then belittled her by saying would you charge your phone outside! This looks like an outdoor unit and has an outdoor plug. I doesn't say only use indoors for charging. Very unhelpful and poor product description. So if you want a portable car charger that can be only used indoors such as a garage it maybe ok. Avoid if you need to charge outdoors.

Over the moon with the after-sales support service we have received from Frano at Chargemaster. We purchased a wallbox charger but annoyingly our electrician broke it's faceplate during installation. Chargemaster were very easy to get in touch with and they immediately dispatched some replacement parts for us.

Frano was informative on the technologies coming out in EV charging and helped me out with really quick service when I needed a charge cable and adapter prior to a long weekend
