Chargrill

This place was our best find in Auckland. I cannot speak highly enough of the food and the service. I had a big breakfast and it was huge, well worth the money. The burgers were brilliant and the staff go out of their way to be friendly and helpful. I only wish we had them in Melbourne. Keep up the great work. I highly recommend giving Char Grill a try.

Hands down best pizza I’ve eaten. All of them. Service was great! We ordered pizza, mixed meat on rice… could not recommend this place more! 100% would drive out to town just for this food.

We ordered Lamb pizza, we never had issues with the food until that day when there was a strand of hair in it, I have made a video.

Our work team was taken to this place by our manager after work. We had pizzas, garlic breads & fries etc along with drinks.staff is so professional & know what they are doing specially owner (Sim) & his 2 staff (France) (apologies if I spelled wrong) Food came very fast along with our drinks. Garlic bread with chilly sauce on side was yumm. We did split payments which is normally a hassle but it was so easily managed by owner & quite accomodating and quick. Have been there quite a few times & will be back again soon.

I miss the wood fired pizza but their oven pizzas are pretty good too. This is my go-to place for a late night feed mainly because they're always open! I also like to order the mixed kebab on rice if I'm super hungry. They also have decent burgers on the menu which are massive and tasty. The menu is quite extensive so I'm sure you'll find something to eat but if not then just pop in for happy hour. My favourite pizzas to order is the funghi or chicken and cranberry one (they don't do half and half as an option). Not a fan of shoe string fries so sometimes I order the wedges. I mostly order to takeaway and occasionally dine in if I'm with friends.

Over many years i've dined at CharGrill regularly. On the days I don't the lovely staff wave to me when I walk past.

The people who work there are so good they can actually anticipate what I'm going to order, all I have to do is confirm what they already know!

Great food, great atmosphere, great people. We're very luck to have an establishment of this calibre in our neighbourhood.

Today I had the eggs Benny but sadly I couldn’t eat it the bread was soggy from the water and the whole meal tasted like white vinegar.

Also got hot chips luckily they were good and a long black.

The food was really good! (Pizza and wedges). Would like a bit more sour cream with Wedges given the prices but otherwise really yum!

We went for our team lunch today at Chargrill after reading such awesome reviews. However the food especially the burgers and pizza weren’t as per the comments or pictures (burgers totally dry and pizza tasteless). The team was a bit disappointed with their meals. It’s important to write a honest feedback so people looking for recommendations are not deceived and owners can work on a right feedback. Staff is friendly and definitely trying to up their game but overall a disappointing experience.

This place used to do pretty good burgers along with a nice serving of crispy and fresh shoestring fries. Quality seems to have dropped. Last couple of times, burger was so very dry, bun either over dried or stale, and the fries are now a small portion of really chunky and oily dregs. Tasted gross and couldn't finish them. Should definitely bring back the good fries.

I dunno other reviews seem.ok, but I didn't enjoy my meals.

The best place in the town for a night time munch.specially over the weekend as its 24hrs over the weekends. Huge menu, excellent staff members and delicious food. Kudos to team.
