Sam was good to work with in a difficult situation and handover as he was only the letting agent, not the property manager. Professional and operate with integrity. I came across Chase Property Management via google search earlier this year when we required a rental appraisal on our property for bank finance.
Sam Coutts was prompt to respond and to arrange a time to inspect our home. We really appreciated the honest feedback and advice Sam gave us. If I could give half a star I would have, seen a property that we liked to rent on Tuesday, filled in the aplication forms that same night and by Saturday the agent failed to return my calls, only got hold of her when phoned from another mobile number, said she would phone me back later on Saturday, still waiting for the call!
