This guy is proving to be a ratbag, refuses to provide itemised list and breakdown of costs, nor proper tax invoices, swaps stuff for smaller, inferior, refuses to provide any information - a cowboy. Only wants/can to do what he wants, would not let us choose the products nor colours. No design quality at all. His plumbing is superfluous and wasteful, refused to tell or explain what he is doing. Stands around talking for half an hour, pathetic management, inefficient. Were recommended him, he is too wasteful, does not consider the customer at all, he's obviously been overpaid. Other plumbers we have engaged do not operate like this. Takes deposit then refuses to do the job. He's bullies to avoid providing info and breakdown of costs. No contract, demands payment by progress payments while refusing to provide a tax invoice.
Demanding yet will not do what he said he would. Very Slow - uses family trainees who take 2 days to hang a toilet, hours to do a simple task. Extremely volatile, when asked for the terms of engagement and if you question anything. If says he's got so much work ALL THE TIME, why was he pushing to do this one in such a hurry, but he can't seem to finish anything - 7 weeks on small 1m by less than 3m. Does not say who his contractors are, why are they all 'no-name'? Nothing happens the way he says it will, arrives 3 hours later than they say they will. Says he wants to be 'happy' yet he ignores what customer needs and requests. Says he's been doing this for 30 years, then it was 45 years overnight then it became 60 years, yet he lacks basic common sense. Will not talk straight. What an idiot, a manufacture's warranty requires a tax invoice as proof of purchase, he refuses to provide that and tells us he's been operating like this for over 30+ years.
Really, the Plumbers Board is churning out plumbers who operate like this, refusing to provide a tax invoice with itemised list? How is it he never has used a contract?
Never had a certifying plumber like this is 85+ years, he is MEAN. How is it he's continued on like this, operates alone, (with family), provides no info? He's TOO GREEDY.
